đą Ideally located in the Europole district, this studio is on the first floor in a former student residence.
It comprises:
- a fitted living room
- an open-plan kitchenette
- a bathroom with shower and toilet.
đ The apartment has a sleeping area: a comfortable convertible sofa bed in the living room.
đââïž Please note: the apartment is located in a student residence in the center of Grenoble! Laundry facilities are available in the building, with washing machines and dryers (at an additional cost).
â Travel in comfort thanks to the apartment's facilities, such as a TV, free wifi connection, some kitchen equipment (microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, ), storage, bed linen and towels for 2 on arrival.
đ Following your booking: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our apartments up to your expectations, all our bookings are guaranteed via a trusted third party âSwiklyâ. After confirming your booking, you will receive an email from âSwiklyâ asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident occurring in the apartment, and does not lead to your credit card being debited or blocked. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the apartment will not be sent and your reservation will not be reimbursed. Nb: This guarantee system is also authorized by the platforms.

You can explore the city and neighborhood on foot, or by bike.
đ Parking is available around the building (paid during the day, except Sundays) and in nearby parking lots.
