Brand new modern brick cottage (1 primary bedroom and 1 small office/bedroom) in premier Great Hills neighborhood that is close to everything the Arboretum and north central Austin has to offer

The house features high ceilings, a full kitchen with quartz counters & stainless steel appliances, a full bedroom & bathroom with washer/dryer, a large living area & an office/small second bedroom. Countless upgrades abound including sliding barn doors, solid wood doors, and more. The owner built this to live in personally, so no expense was spared!

Exactly as advertised

It was a holiday so of course the airline changed our flights & we were coming in several hours earlier than expected. I let the host know & he immediately responded & said it was no problem we could come straight to the place even though it was quite a few hours before check-in. We walked in the door and it looked just like the pictures. It was so adorable and so clean. The neighborhood is quiet & beautiful. There were plenty of extra towels/bedding/pillows. It was not as close to my daughter’s apartment as I would have preferred but hopefully we will be able to stay here on our next visit anyway. Thank you for making our holiday trip even better with a perfect place to call home for a few days. Happy Holidays!

Bringing in 40 the best way

Celebrated my 40th birthday with some friends and we enjoyed the awesome food scene of Austin and it was great to come back to a modernized and contemporary place vs a hotel room. Loved the amenities and especially the shower. As a construction guy I appreciate the detail that went into making this place modern looking and still having an “at home” vibe. Definitely would recommend! Check-in process was easy and the manager communicated clearly the whole way so there were literally no questions when we arrived. Great experience!

Perf for small family

Quick Austin visit focusing on The Domain area. This rental unit was perfectly located! Love the quiet quaint neighborhood. Easy to navigate and away from noise and traffic. Perfectly sized unit for my small family: myself, spouse, toddler. Great amenities and comfy sleeping and lounging arrangements. Fast replies from any customer service question. Recommended! Will stay again!

Great location! Quiet neighborhood!

The home is located in one of the prettiest parts of the Great Hills neighborhood, and just a few minutes from the Domain area where we needed to be! Host was very responsive and made check out and check in a very quick and easy experience. They don’t charge ridiculous cleaning fees like some properties do. Thank you Mark! Your property is wonderful. We will be staying there again.

Perfect spot for small families

We absolutely loved our time in this little guest house! The neighborhood is wonderful, quiet, with down-the-street access to an amazing trail system and parks for kids. The house is relatively new, great appliances, space, and even a private little yard. And just a few min from lots of restaurants, groceries, and freeway access.

Lovely little vacation rental

We really enjoyed our stay at this little bungalow. The place and location were quiet and family and pet friendly. The owner was quick to respond to our technical issues. We would recommend this rental to others.

Beautiful Home

This is a very beautiful new home. It's a guest house but is amazing. New furniture and appliances. Home owner is very easy to contact and allows guest use of the backyard while there. Home is also in a really nice neighborhood. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

This place is excellent and I will stay there again!!

Everything went great and the property was outstanding…maybe add a hair-dryer and an ironing board & some hangers, but everything else is there.Great stay!!

My fiance (Christina) and I live right next door! We fell in love with this neighborhood and home immediately - it's a quiet, established, family friendly location, but still close to all the great things Austin has to offer, including running trails, the Arboretum and Domain, and still isn't more than 15 minutes to downtown. As a young couple, we enjoy hosting folks who are in Austin for a little (or longer) while!
