Belmar Rental - November 2024

The check-in process and communication with the property manager worked very well. The property is located close to the water on a nice street. The house was not as updated as we expected. Also, the lighting was very poor for reading and upon signing into the WiFi, a warning popped up that it was not secure which was disconcerting. Overall the house met our needs but we don’t think we would stay there again.

Beautiful Belmar beach house

My family gathered from KS,OK, TX for a funeral in Belmar. Clean, comfortable and just as described. Owner always quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!

Senior “Girls” Weekend for Four

What a weekend!!! This property had everything a renter could ask for! Heidi has anticipated every need and was easy to communicate with. And the location could not be more ideal. Everything is as advertised (plus) and would definitely recommend it. Hoping to return same time next year.

Lovely wekeend

We enjoyed the house and beach immensely. Bedrooms were surprisingly large and very spacious. You can’t beat the short walk to the boardwalk. Thank you for a great stay!

Belmar Beauty!

What a wonderful place to stay with family. We had a big family wedding to attend in Eatontown but also wanted to be near the beach. This home was perfect for our family of seven. Heidi was very responsive if we had any questions. We would definitely stay again if we go back to Belmar. A HUGE thank you to Heidi for sharing her lovely home.

Off season (November) stay

Heidi was an excellent property manager to work with. The whole stay was seamless. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed (towels, kitchen ware, safety gates and pack & play for little ones). The location can’t be beat!

Could not have had a better property. Family get together for Mom s funeral. House was awesome and I actually went swimming mid october water was actually nice. We swim in Maine so anything above 55 is ok. It was a very special weekend one that family will always remember. Thanks again for an incredible experience at such a lovely house

Great Property and Location

Every year we have a small group of 4 that comes to town for a music festival. We were looking. For a house near the ocean and found this wonderful property. The house has plenty of space and is only a few houses from the beach. Heidi was very accommodating and quick to respond to any question that we had. I would highly recommend this property!

Fabulous Location

We had a terrific stay at Heidi’s property. The house is immaculate and the kitchen really well stocked. Beds were very comfy and the AC worked great. Heidi was extremely responsive. And 1.5 short blocks to a gorgeous family beach! I definitely will rent again.

Another year, another beautiful stay!

This was our third time staying at Heidi’s property, and it definitely won’t be our last. Each year it gets harder and harder to leave! Heidi’s house is immaculate! My boys talk about how gorgeous that upstairs bathroom is all year long, and now they can’t stop talking about the “cool new couches!” We have only had the best experiences at this property and with Heidi. We feel like this house has become a part of our family. Thank you for everything, Heidi! Until next year…

It took us over two years to find a house to buy on this street. Houses rarely come on the market in this area, so we knew we had to have this house as soon as we walked through it. We love the location. It is located in a quiet family section of Belmar and incredibly close to the ocean. There is a nice view of the ocean from the porch and master bedroom. You also have a wonderful view of Lake Como.
