The apartment was clean and generally quiet. Easily accessible and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable for a couple.

Thank you so much Joean for your hospitality for my sister. It was the perfect set up for her. She felt safe at your house and neighborhood. We will be sure to stay with you again if we make it to the Phoenix area again!

Wonderful stay

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. It was very clean and quiet. The amenities were perfect for our stay. The host was very sweet and kind.

Owners were not transparent about the property being inside their residence. The level of sound from their TV at night was a bit high since their TV being against the wall opposite the bedroom. Additionally, we had looked forward to sleeping late but were wakened by the loud talking coming from the residence.

Great place, great host and better than expected.

I was very pleased with the property and the host. The accommodations are a sleeping room, another room next to it set up as a sitting, tv room, office desk, and even a microwave, toaster, coffee and more! Nice neighborhood too with lots of restaurants nearby. Would use this location again.
