La Cerisaie - Maisonnette climatisée

Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this 35 m² air-conditioned maisonette in Céret which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 31 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a mezzanine, a bathroom and a shared garden of around 180 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 31 m² living room with sofa, armchair, desk and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC
- On the mezzanine: a double bed (140×190) accessible via a slightly steep staircase from the living room.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- 180 m² enclosed garden shared with the owners
- A private 16 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Céret, right in the centre of town! It's both quiet, especially in the cottage, and very lively, with the famous Céret market just a stone's throw away. Just two doors down is a farm selling fresh fruit and vegetables, and in a small street adjacent to the square you'll find an excellent fishmonger, a bakery and the Dali Bar, renowned for its tapas evenings. Just outside the house, a number of hiking trails await you to discover magnificent oak forests...

Activities :
Céret is a true city of art, with its museum of modern art and numerous high-quality galleries. The town offers a rich programme of theatre and music throughout the year. In July, the famous féria attracts crowds of visitors. There's plenty for sports fans too, with hiking, mountain biking, canyoning and the sea just around the corner! The pretty Racou beach is just 35 minutes from Céret. In short, it's impossible to get bored in Céret.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free on the Place de la Liberté. Paid parking is also available in the Tins car park. Electric recharging points are available 250 m from the accommodation, in the Tins car park.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Argelès-sur-Mer 28 km away
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée, 37 km away
- The 530 bus runs between Perpignan and Céret; the bus stop is 10 minutes from the accommodation. Another bus runs between Céret and Argelès-sur-Mer.
