Vid havet hus med "Green Roof" är en spektakulär plats på stranden. Du måste se det för att förstå. Den här underbara och nyare hem är en mer privat miljö än de flesta hem på Topsail ännu ligger i mitten av ön strax norr om Surf City där det finns mindre trängsel och trafik.

Det är ett rymligt hus med gott om utrymme inne och ute för vänner och familj. Hela första nivån däck är helt täckt ger torr skydd i händelse av regn. Den övre nivån är en stor öppen soldäck som ger en otrolig panoramautsikt över havet och vindar. Vittne soluppgångar över havet och solnedgångar på ljudet från ett fönster, däck eller många balkonger omger huset. Ta dina privata steg från varje däck nivå till en orörd strand och rena North Carolina hav. Skölj av i någon av de två utomhus varma och kalla duschar.

Den första nivån i "Green Roof" har en av de två sovrummen och vetter mot havet. Det finns en andra sovrum på samma våning även med tillgång till stranden samt ett tredje sovrum som barnen kommer att älska.

Den övre nivån är familjen samla område för måltider, underhållning och fritid. Hela vardagsrummet har italienska kaklat golv, matsal och en 55 "HDTV (inkluderar premium filmkanaler). Den fantastiska utsikten över havet är nu allt glas med tillägget av ett fullstorligt bildfönster. Köket har alla bekvämligheter och ligger strax utanför matsalen med utsikt över stranden. Njut av att titta på tv (HBO, Netflix) eller bara koppla av ute på övre solstolar till ljudet av brytande vågor nedan. Intill vardagsrummet är det andra och större sovrummet svit vars badrum inkluderar både dusch och jacuzzi.

Platsen är cirka två miles från Surf City piren där det finns bra fiske, restauranger och shopping. Det finns även tillgång till över kanalerna (ICWW) i närheten för alla typer av båtliv. Grönt tak är semester perfektion om det är en släktträff eller en privat tillflyktsort. Det är det kompletta paketet.

Bäst av allt, Topsail öns väder och hav temperaturer kvar mycket trevlig nästan hela året. Stränderna förblir en av de mer natursköna på östkusten. Njut av!

Spectacular views INDEED! I come to Topsail often and this home is as advertised. It’s clean (which is even more impressive that it’s dog friendly), the kitchen is MORE than well stocked. It’s one of the best I’ve seen. Oh, and the sourdough bread was divine and a lovely touch. Having 2 rinsing areas was a plus, as well. The garages were also a plus. Note: lots of stairs if you have anyone who has physical limitations. Certainly not a deterrent. The hosts and property manager were INCREDIBLY responsive. All in all my experience was outstanding and I highly recommend.

Pictured walkway to beach was not there. Too many steps to get down to the walkway that was too narrow for the beach wheelchair that we rented for my wife. She is in a wheelchair, the living area is on the top floor too many steps. Living room chair leans to right when you sit. Blinds in one BR were broke.Freeze pops left in freezer mold.

Spectacular for July 4!

Wonderful home with amazing views! On top of all the fantastic qualities this home has to offer, watching fireworks here was truly breathtaking! The location allows you to see far up the coast in both directions and there were fireworks EVERYWHERE on Independence Day! We loved it and will certainly return!

Beautiful beach front vacation

We had an amazing stay at Topsail Island and Jeff and Susan were gracious hosts. The house was pristinely clean and comfortable. We loved the ease of walking out to the beach each day and the house had lots of chairs and beach toys for use. The kitchen was very well stocked for our cooking needs. I would definitely book this property again.

Great Green Roof Vacay

Check in was a breeze! Communication with owners was fantastic! This home was beautifully decorated and had ample room for the 6 of us and our 2 furry family members! Everything was clean and many “extras” supplied! The hosts even had a warm loaf of sourdough bread delivered to us one evening! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dinnerware and cookware! We loved the ocean views from all of the rooms and the easy access onto the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Location and Nice House

We loved where the house was situated; there was no house to one side so the beach was never crowded in front of the house. Two decks were fantastic to get some sun during the day and to watch the moon at night. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookwares. The layout in the living area was open so we could cook, eat, and hangout together in one place. We had a great time!

Best house we have stayed in 15 years !!

So clean ! It is set up so great you don’t even track sand in . Very comfortable and close to anything you need. The owners are great and make sure you know all that is needed for a wonderful vacation, kitchen has anything you need and linens and towels were exceptional. Close access to beach and chairs are even provided. Garage was spacious to park all vehicles. Great place to bring your pets . They also had a great time . We will definitely stay here again . No regrets at all !

Excellent!

This is one of the nicest rentals we've stayed in at the beach. The house was perfect, well stocked, and great location. I enjoyed having most of the bedrooms on a separate floor from the main space since it gave us the space to spread out and not feel crowded. The view and beach were gorgeous and we spent most of our time on the various decks. The owners were very communicative and helpful, answering questions and quickly resolving an Internet issue that arose. We will definitely look to be back some day! Excellent house!

Great house - great location.

We rent a lot in TS. This house was very nice. New kitchen and completely stocked. Large deck overlooking the Atlantic. Very comfortable. The Family had a great vacation. Thank You. * one suggestion to upgrade the wifi. Some of us had to work and were kicked off the wifi. Perhaps just an extender or two around the house would help.

Wonderful home, wonderful week!

Wow, from the minute you walk into the home you can tell how much it is loved! Although there are a lot of stairs (something to be ready for!), you're greeting with beautiful crown molding and decorations along the way. The view from the living area is breath-taking, and once you are out on the balcony you have views from all directions with the sand and ocean right at your feet! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen really well stocked, and there were thoughtful accents throughout that made us feel right at home. The location is excellent - just north of the Surf City line - so access to shopping and restaurants is a breeze. We would stay here again n a heartbeat! Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous home!

Family reunion

We had a wonderful time. The property was very nice. I was surprised that there were several dirty glasses in the sink, used coffee grounds in the coffeemaker. The bath mats in the master were wet and at least one set of linens were not changed. Overall the rest of the house was clean and it was great for our family. The Communication with the property owners was great, we never talked to the property manager.

Place smelled of animal urine and not clean. After we left property owner accused us of house being a mess and items missing sounded more like an insurance scam. Just wasn’t for us.

Amazing, relaxing vacation

The house was perfect! It had enough space for 8 of us without feeling crowded. Updated and modern. Beautiful views from both decks. Easy access to the beach and hoses at every level to wash sand off. Great location not too far from Surf City but not too close and beach was not crowded at all. Highly recommend!

we had a wonderful time at this house. excellent, clean, under crowded beach. the house was great with good modern amenities. we had 3 adult couples, but could have easily accommodated a couple more people.. good golf close by & good seafood options we would stay there again 100%.

Beautiful house right on the beach!!!

Our group of eight had a great vacation. The house is lovely, and right on the beach, with lots of amenities. The two outdoor showers were especially handy! The owners were extremely responsive with check in details and helpful information. Would definitely like to stay here again the next time we are in Topsail Beach.
