Eddy's Beach House

Eddy's beach house is a beautiful and welcoming home that has been for 20 years. My family and I have been escaping to this oasis for 20 plus years, enjoying breathtaking views and the laid-back energy of the islands. The home is fully equipped with all essentials needed to ensure your time in our home is fully enjoyable. The home has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home is equipped with a full kitchen. The dining room has seating or 8 with the adjacent french doors leading to the beachfront patio. The home has its own beach with beach chairs and umbrellas.

The house also has a 3rd bedroom which can be rented upon request at a $100/day rate plus an additional $50 cleaning fee. The room has a full-size bed and a futon which sleeps 3 additional guests total.

First off I’ll say this is my second visit in 2 months. Should be a good start for a reason to trust Rosa and this beautiful home for your stay. An incredible and respectful host with a shared desire for your trip to be the most memorable experience. Great location whether arriving by boat or plane or cruise. Having come by private boat, blocks from Bimini Big game, check in and everything was amazingly simply. Nate’s Bimini Bread and two local groceries in case you forgot something. Great place and definitely will be returning!

Family trip for a week

We loved the property. We had everything we needed. The house was perfect with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The dock is fabulous. We saw stingrays in the early morning hours. Neighbors are friendly. We felt right at home. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking your meals.

Paradise

We absolutely loved your house in Bimini. House was super clean.The beds are very comfortable. Rosy answered every question that I had right away. Being directly on the beach was the best part of all. I absolutely will stay here again in the near future. The covered dock was a nice bonus. I could sit there and look at that beautiful blue water all day long. I highly recommend Eddie’s beach house.

Most Perfect Vacation!

House was well accommodated and clean. We loved sitting on the deck over the water and watching the boats go by when we were not using ours. We will definitely be renting this house again!

Great location

The property is in a great location close to many hot spots. The boat ramp was perfect for our vessel. We had some mishaps but overall the house is good and we had a great time.

Fun in the sun

We had a great time and everyone was very helpful with anything needed. Communication was excellent. Home is very lovely. Dock was nice to have right out back. If and when I go back I will stay in this house.

2nd trip at Eddie’s beach house

Our second trip to Eddie’s beach house was a success. Rosa helped us find golf carts when the whole island was sold out. The house/dock was perfect again for us. Looking forward to our 3rd trip back next year.

Amazing

Such a beautiful place at a great price. Love the convenience of the dock. Half the price of the Hilton and twice as nice. Wish i would of stayed the whole week. Rosa was very helful and very responsive.

Great location. Loved being able to use dock. Made it super easy to come and go by boat. Rosy was quick to respond to my many questions as this was our first time going to Bimini. House was clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Beautiful

The view was great. The dock is where we spent most of our time spottong sharks and stingrays (do not swim in the water on this side of islamd) advise from locals. Fishing poles came in handy (did not catch anything) Had a great time. Will come back. You do need a golf cart

Little piece of paradise.

This was my second time staying here and will not be my last. I can’t think of a better place to stay. This house is the perfect location if your boating to Bimini. This was the first time I brought the wife and kids and she even said she would rather stay at the house then stay at the Hilton. Rosa is amazing and extremely kind!! Can’t wait till next year.

Bimini Blue

What are unique experience on this small island with the most blue water I have ever seen. Bimini blue what a beautiful experience. The only thing I would add, would be maybe a book with instructions on how to work the televisions.

Bimini Adventure

The house was great, comfortable with everything we needed right down to beach chairs. Enjoli (property manager) was exceptional, she picked us up at the ferry terminal, answered every call, like when I locked us out and brought us back when it was time to leave. Rosa was great to, our initial ferry back to Florida was cancelled due to weather and she extended our stay. Both Enjoli and Rosa answered any message or call within the hour. I will definately stay there again when I return.

I don't want to say too much nice because I want to be able to return soon. So please don't go here and enjoy one of the best vacations you will have. Please do not enjoy the laid back atmosphere of Eddy's. And please don't let the instant communication in answering questions impress you, I want to be able to come back and stay again!!!

Exactly what we expected

The house was exactly as described. Very friendly people. Only improvement which was minor was lack of drinking water in the 5 gal jug cooler, so we just purchased from the local grocery store. Would still highly recommend this house. We had a 25ft center console boat that fit very well on the dock.

Convenient

Boat dock was very convenient but not very private. It was used by many locals. The town was a little trashy and run down. Needed a golf cart to get around. It Was a little hard to find food in the stores. Other than that the water was beautiful and the hOuse was comfortable but could use a good cleaning.

Absolutely Awesome

Our first time crossing from FL. Great ride. The location is awesome. Just off main channel with easy access to all the blue water you can stand. Terrific food in the area. House was outstanding. A/C was VERY NICE! Everything we needed aside from actual food, which was a 5 minute walk away to the grocery store. Onsite private dock was perfect for our 30' boat. You can swim and snorkel right from dock. Quick boat trips to all the great snorkeling locations. We had great discussions with the owner Mrs Rosy. She made everything perfect for us. Thank you so much Mrs Rosy for an amazing first time Bahamas Family Trip.
