IMPORTANT : NUMBER OF BEDROOMS RULES

The villa's price varies depending on the number of bedrooms occupied.

Any unused bedrooms will remain closed during your stay.

You can select the bedrooms you wish to use up to 3 days before arrival.

To determine the number of accessible bedrooms, enter the correct number of guests according to the following rule:

3 bedrooms: up to 6 guests
4 bedrooms: exactly 8 guests
5 bedrooms: exactly 10 guests
6 bedrooms: exactly 12 guests

Special rule for Christmas and New Year's: The villa is only available with 6 bedrooms during this period. You must enter 12 guests, even if your group is smaller.

- Large contemporary kitchen, fully equipped with 2 refrigerators, 2 freezers, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 cooktops, and 2 dishwashers.
- Large laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers.
- 2 guest toilets.

Exterior:

- Lounge area on the covered terrace, ideal for casual outdoor dining or enjoying a sunset drink.
- Solarium with daybeds for relaxing to the sound of the waves.
- Direct access to the beach.

LEVEL 2:
- 1 junior suite of 200 sq ft with sea view terrace, king size bed and private bathroom.
- 1 junior suite of 200 sq ft with king size bed and private bathroom.

LEVEL 3:
- 2 junior suites of 210 sq ft with sea view terrace, king size bed and private bathroom.
- 1 junior suite of 190 sq ft with king size bed and private bathroom.
- 1 junior suite of 190 sq ft with two single beds and private bathroom.

Two parking spaces are available, suitable for one small car and one large car. However, the space does not allow for parking two large cars.

Housekeeping is included every 3 days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

- 5 minutes on foot from the fine dining restaurants of Grand Case.

While Grand Case is a lively village, it is recommended to have a car if you plan to explore other beaches and activity centers on the island.
