This was a great location not too far from the lake. It included basically every amenity needed and was perfect for our extended weekend stay. We'd definitely stay here again.

Lovely home, well equipped, just outside of Lake Geneva. The host was very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our visit very much and would stay here again if we come back to the area.

This place was just right, the open floor plan and outdoor spaces made nice areas for gathering our group and also gave us plenty of room to find a quiet spot if any of us wanted a little elbow room. The house is warm and inviting and thoughtfully furnished and equipped.Our group of 6 used this as a home-base while enjoying hiking, kayaking, shopping, eating out at various places and discovering local coffee spots and ma and pop shops.Would stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

Very clean, newly remodeled home close to a boat landing. A great space for a family to hang out. We had a pretty large truck and boat so it was a bit difficult getting it in and out of driveway. Property is close to a pretty busy, and sometimes loud, road.

Hey Samantha Sorry you never mentioned about your large truck and boat. We have an agreement with the neighboor for large vehicules to park on their Alley. Regarding traffic it is summer around Lake Geneva so it is always busy. Thank you for staying with us. Alex & Sean

My kids and I were able to relax and enjoy the Lake Geneva area while in town for a funeral. The home was very clean and was close to amenities which made our stay enjoyable, given the circumstances. Check-in was easy and the home was stocked with all the little things needed.

This house was perfect for us. We were in town for a family gathering where all the events were held at Abbey Springs. It was an easy and convenient location. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated and maintained. The hosts communicated with us and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely pick this house again for our next trip!

This property was a good fit if you want to be in the geneve lake area but do not need to be in Fontana or Lake Geneva. The house is big with lots of functional spaces. We lacked for enough beds(and knew this going into it) but if you are couples rather than single it should be fine. A basically empty garage is a bonus plus a very nice deck for eating outside.

Bathroom bedding and Kitchen was excellently stocked. Although pets are not allowed, there was a pet odor which was strong upon entering the place but became manageable the longer you stayed. The back porch had pet prints on it

Thank you for you review. Sorry but as I explain the smell is not due to dogs but farm near by. The house in nicely located in a place where lots of animals come visit and they sometime let print on the house. Come again in summer to see more animals. Thank you.

Wonderful stay

The home is spotless and very comfortable! The location is great with a short drive into town. My family and I felt very comfortable and safe, I would highly recommend this rental and will rebook when we come back for a visit!!

Perfect weekend getaway house

House was just perfect for a girls weekend get away….. so clean and amazing kitchen. backyard area was nice too.! Would definitely stay again and recommend!!

The house was great! Super well-equipped kitchen, all supplies you can think of were there. Very nice overall layout with open kitchen, comfy living area, good dining area, great outdoor spaces (that we did not get to use). The house is very well taken care of and communication with the owner was easy, welcoming and prompt.

Love the easy access to Linn pier for swimming. Hosts are amazing. So accommodating. This is our second summer here and already booked for next summer!
