This cozy, 3rd floor, luxury studio features a queen size murphy bed, a sleeper sofa, 1 full bath with jacuzzi tub, and a fully equipped kitchen. Warm your toes after a day of skiing and riding by the gas fireplace or watch your favorite TV shows or movies on the flat screen.

Expedition Station offers a community pool, hot tub, and grill outside, as well as a pool table, common area, fitness center, and sauna.

No matter the season, Keystone won't disappoint! With the ski slopes steps away and an ice arena right outside your front door, there's something for every traveler to enjoy nearby. If you need a change of scenery, the studio is conveniently located on the Summit Stage line which services most of Summit County. Catch a ride on the shuttle to further your outdoor adventure in Dillon, Silverthorne, Copper Mountain, Frisco, and other nearby mountain towns.

When the snow melts and the sun warms the mountains, Keystone welcomes festival attendees, mountain bikers, fishermen, golfers, hikers and horseback riders! Rent a bike to experience the mass trail system in the Keystone Bike Park, named the third-best mountain bike park in the Rockies by MTBparks, or book a tee time at the picture-perfect Keystone Ranch.

Cozy does the job

Perfect for family of 3 (16 yr old). Great location, short walk to lifts. Murphy bed needs new mattress. It was bad enough not to sleep well with high altitude but the mattress is worn and sags in the middle so very difficult to sleep. Teenager slept on couch and did not do the pull-out. Need pillowcases!!!! Lots of pillows but no pillowcases! Pillows were dirty. Kitchen was great. Refrigerator noisy.Bathroom with large hair glob on side of tub. Need different towels for pool/hot tub.Old wall hair dryer needs to be removed, if it doesn’t work.

Beware key pickup is in Dillion

Property was fine, studio with Murphy bed and pullout. Keys have to be picked up in Dillon which is annoying but not until after 12pm, so if you’re trying to ski day of you’ll have to double back after skiing, fun when the roads aren’t great. Also the 10am checkout was a surprise—I’m not glued to my phone reading texts from the management company and didn’t read the fine print, I had 11am in my mind. Then at 10:00am precisely the cleaners knocked on the door. This was after my 11 year old was up all night with altitude sickness and had just woken up at 9:30. We managed to get out in 18 minutes at 10:18am, I slipped the cleaners a 20 and still got slapped with a 50 fee and no communication about it. My mistake on both accounts for not reading the checkout time (which is weird considering you can’t check in until 4pm
takes them 6 hours to clean?), and also tipping cleaners hoping they’d give me some grace for 18 minutes. Won’t make either mistake again. Great location though!

Expedition Station Condos

Nice space, very clean, about 3 minute walk to river run gondola. Management was very easy to communicate with, and very accommodating with any needs. Property is secure, quiet, and has great mountain views.

They Double Booked our condo unit

After a day of skiing we showed up at the condo at 5pm only to find the property occupied by another couple. The managment company had double booked the room. After an hour and a half waiting for a response they managed to find us another property 8 minutes away from where we had booked. The management company tried to make it right but it made for a cumbersome and frustrating first day. We had to move locations on day 2 of our stay. Just be careful to confirm they have not double booked this unit.

Property Management is horrible!

The condo itself was nice, what we expected, however PMI Property Management Inc. who manages the property is very difficult to contact. The cypher lock pad on the condo was broken and we were locked out of the condo for several hours on one of the days we were there, and and every time we would call the PMI office number —- which they obviously outsource to somewhere outside of Colorado—- the persons had a difficult time helping us contact maintenance onsite to unlock the door. We also had an issue with the weather and wanted to adjust our stay, but PMI would not assist. Given this experience I will not be staying at another PMI managed property.

Great Cozy Spot in the Village

Very cozy and clean studio right in the Keystone village. We loved the balcony, fireplace and high ceilings. Having a full kitchen was also great for cooking at "home" instead of eating out every night. Some notes: It would be nice if you didn't have to drive into Dillon to pick up the keys for this specific spot, it looks like some other rentals in the building use lock boxes in the entry way. We also were told we'd have ski lockers but the keys to the lockers were missing in our condo.

Spring break success

Location, location, location! If you are looking for a centrally located place, this was very convenient to everything. Family friendly with a large heated pool and hot tub. Beware with the 1 bedroom advertisement as there is no actual bedroom for privacy, just a Murphy bed in the living room. Great place, would stay again.

Really nice stay

Me and my girlfriend loved this place so much, we loved how cozy the place was, with only one room and the bed coming out of the wall really brings you closer to each other and closer the other outdoors! Really nice place, (might want to change the shower curtain). We will be back!

great spot

room was clean and location was great. approx 5-10 min walk to the gondola. At the gondola there is a ski check, free during the day, costs money for overnight, there is a also a locker rental. Neither was necessary but I used it a couple times when I got tired of helping my son carry stuff. Small convenience store in the village

Ok, not ski in ski out

The condo was fine, but difficult to get into. Had to find a lock box among 50 others, room was so far from elevator that it was a pain every time you had to come and go. There was absolutely no flexibility if you want to have a ski day on the front or back of the trip, there no place to leave your things or change, which is so incredibly helpful when you’re a skier and a proprietor has thought through that. Lastly, the walk to the lifts with all your ski equipment was 10 minutes. Ski in ski out means no walking. It’s skiing.

Great place for enjoying Keystone and Summit County. Just off River Run Village, so everything is a short walk. Quiet, comfy bed, well-stocked kitchen. It was great, thanks!
