In the "Le Sarciron" residence, ideally located in the heart of Mont Dore, opposite the thermal baths and close to all amenities, this 21 mÂČ studio is located on the 3rd floor with a mezzanine and elevators. It comprises an entrance hall with a storage closet, a living room with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, and a beautiful view of Puy Gros.
This studio also features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (large refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.).
A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet in the entrance hall.
Rental for 2 people maximum.
Pets not allowed.
Cleaning fee on request: âŹ50 supplement.
Deposit: âŹ400.
Cleaning deposit: âŹ100.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Additional services offered.
Bed linen rental: âŹ20 for a 140/160 cm bed set - âŹ15 for a 90 cm bed set.
