Studio has moldy smell, dirty bathroom, hair and dust everywhere. Polyester sheets, inappropriate scale furntiure for space. Christmas and 4th of July decorations, open flame old candles and hoilday decor cluttering unusable space except for bed and toilet. Was one of my worst slum lord rentals ever. Barking little dog on shared wall not full either. Rusty bbq'a and boxes of silverware out. Broken old funky stuff. Yikes. Motel 6 would have been better.

Quaint suite

It was a one night stay so that I could visit Mayo Clinic. We did not have time to enjoy some of the property amenities. It suited our purpose, but it was a little different than what I thought when I initially booked it. It is a guest suite attached to an existing home with his own entranceits own entrance.

Cute little spot

My husband and I stayed only 2 nights but we absolutely loved this place! It was perfect for us and we enjoyed relaxing outside on the deck right the lights! Cute little neighborhood and nice and close to beach. Frankie was quick to reply whenever I had reached out for something. I would definitely book again.

Suite Dreams was a sweet stay

The host was extremely accommodating with our travel , we asked to add another day which wasn't an issue . The place was clean and perfect for our stay, near family and close to Trader Joe’s. Thank you again for being so flexible !

The room and host was good and dont have any real complaints. I wish the listing let me know that the room is part of a household. Also its kinda weird they leave the last tenants condiments in the fridge for the next folks. No coffee or wash rags but host was very prompt on correcting this.

Home was a little smaller than pictures made it seem, but all in all it was very cozy. If you just need to spend the night in Jacksonville this is definitely the place! Host was very responsive and helpful. She let us check in early!

Welcoming

Our stay

I would have rated everything here at five star, but there are some things needed. There were no dish rags dish towels there. The room needed a broom and a dust pan and maybe a mop. The only thing to really clean with was a little vacuum cleaner. Used it twice. It worked fine but the area under the bed and under the chairs really need a good a good cleaning. I especially liked the fact that I could fish off the deck. Really enjoyed that while we were there and it was close to the marina and the main roots up and down in Jacksonville there and getting out to the Navy base. Overall it was a good stay. I would recommend it to anybody.

Wonderful location, property, and host!

We had a wonderful stay at Frankie’s place. The location was amazing and the suite was gorgeous, with so many thoughtful touches. Frankie was very communicative and thoughtful too. We wished we were able to stay longer but we will be back!

Charming Little Place

Nice place with a nice view and deck although the weather was not conducive to taking advantage of the outdoor space while I was there. The host was available and very responsive.

Very Relaxing Suite

My husband and I came into town for an appointment at Mayo Clinic. This suite was 2.2 miles from the clinic. had a few questions and the host responded promptly. Parking was great and convenient. I would definitely rent again if I’m ever in the Jack
