## Space
In a part of the 250 mÂČ farmhouse, spacious 40 mÂČ suite with air-conditioning for maximum comfort in summer, private bathroom and WC with light and connected speaker.
## Access
You will have access to a large shared lounge and kitchen.
A secure private parking space is reserved for one vehicle.
All outdoor spaces are shared between the owners and travellers in the different rental areas.
Access to the 6,000mÂČ grounds and the secure 4x8 m swimming pool.
The vast grounds offer a variety of spaces in which to relax and recharge your batteries in the peace and quiet of the countryside, share meals and moments of relaxation, as well as facilities for outdoor entertainment (petanque pitch, volleyball-badminton, table tennis, table football).
On the estate, we have a wellness area with jacuzzi, reserved for adults, available on reservation - massage services can also be booked. (For jacuzzi and massage rates, please contact us).
