You can do it all on foot or by bike!This house is perfect for getting together with family or friends!The accommodation comprises a spacious, light-filled living room with lounge, dining room and open-plan kitchen, featuring a large sofa, coffee table, dining area with table and chairs for enjoying a good meal, and a lovely wooden terrace for summer evenings.The kitchen is functional and fully equipped: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, X4 induction hob, etc. Off the kitchen is a utility room with a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer, plus plenty of storage space and a separate WC.Upstairs, there is a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a desk and a large cupboard, and a second bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a large cupboard.
