NO RESORT or PARKING FEES! Relax in this beautiful ocean view studio condo!

Welcome to our beautiful studio unit B303 in the beautiful Papakea Resort which is located in West Maui. This condo is on the third flood in the highly desired "B" building. Our unit is steps away from the ocean, pool, cabana, and has a putting green right off of the ground floor unit below. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the lanai with a full ocean view. Enjoy the soothing sound of waves as you sleep.
This unit has air conditioning, granite counter tops, beautiful cabinets with under lighting, tile floors, brand new stove/oven, brand new microwave, dishwasher, new washer and dryer and a new refrigerator. The unit comes fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare your meals and has ample counter space.
Enjoy cool nights with an air conditioning system located in living room. Unit accommodates dining for 4 guests outside on the lanai. Upgraded linens and new Queen size bed make for a comfortable stay at B303. Living room has a new flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, and cable. Unit has a new washer and dryer and plenty of closet space for your belongings. Enjoy the upgraded shower, towels and vanity with plenty of space for your personal items.
The grounds are immaculately maintained with lush tropical vegetation and trees. Magical twinkling tiki lights are lit nightly and reflect on the multiple Koi ponds throughout the property. Papakea resort has two ocean side heated swimming pools, 2 whirlpool spas, 2 tennis courts, 2 beach cabanas, 2 twelve hole putting greens, 12 outdoor grills.

Papakea resort also features water aerobics, yoga classes, and a putting contest during the week and a free weekly Mai Tai party.

Upon arrival our guests will receive a starter supply of paper items including paper towels and toilet paper, hand sanitizer, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry soap.

We love this unit's location. This unit is walking distance to many amenities including restaurants, coffee houses, a fish market, farmers market, Times grocery store, Boss frogs, ABC store, and a food truck park.

Papakea is minutes away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Ka'anapali where you can relax in the sun. Many amazing snorkeling spots are nearby. The unit is short drive to the famous upscale Whalers village where you can enjoy shopping and dining. Drive up to Kapalu where you can golf, enjoy the beach, hike or be shuttled up to zip line. Spend an afternoon in Upcountry where you can enjoy the Lavender farms, wine tasting and the beautiful botanical gardens.

Gorgeous grounds!

Just absolutely beautiful, meticulously maintained grounds! Our unit was perfect, with ocean view, and stocked with everything we needed , including an assortment of beach chairs. We enjoyed the poolside barbeques too! Thank you, Dawn!

Everything was perfect!

The condo was tastefully decorated the kitchen was well equipped. The view was amazing. It was an absolutely perfect 10 days.

Dawn's condo was an amazing place to stay while in Maui. It is very close to the beach and the amenities at the resort are great. The place was very clean and well stocked. Would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful vacation

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. The owner was extremely helpful and had great communication with us! The condo had every amenity that we wanted and more! My favorite was having my morning coffee on the lanai and watching the whales out in the ocean! It was a perfect vacation and I can’t wait to come back!

Lovely stay at Papakea

This cozy studio was a pleasant surprise. Very well equipped & beautifully decorated. Great ocean view from the balcony and inside the condo. Dawn was extremely accommodating, responsive, and helpful. Property has a great pool, hot tub and putting courses. Walking distance to the store & very good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Amazing Condo / Location / Property

Can’t say enough about how much we appreciated the property! The location was great, on the quiet edge of Kaanapali Beach and easy to explore Maui. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Really appreciated the kitchen and washer dryer. Would highly recommend for a couple looking for a relaxing vacation in a quiet setting close to action.

Love Papakea!

We had the most wonderful time at Papakea staying in this unit. The owner/host Dawn was so easy to communicate with. The view is exactly as shown and the pool/ocean view is amazing. We watched incredible sunsets, and swam and snorkeled in the ocean right out front of the property. Saw turtles and a monk seal!This is also a perfect Location for exploring the island. Will rent this unit again and again!! Mahola, Dawn!

A week in Kaanapali

This little suite was a perfect place for my wife and I’s week long escape! Sunset views from the balcony and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Just down the street from a Time’s (grocery store) and a 10 minute drive from Lahaina. Perfect for those wanting to stay local in west Maui and just RELAX!

Great location/unit

We loved our stay in this condo. The location was great and the unit was very well taken care of and fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. The bed was very comfortable which you don’t always find in rentals, and we couldn’t get enough of the amazing view from the lanai. The resort was well taken care of and had nice amenities like the pool and putting greens. We would definitely stay in this unit again the next time we go to Maui!

Great place

Great rental for two people. The location is in a good area within walking distance to all the necessities. The apartment was clean and well maintained. It was stocked with all the necessities. The view from the balcony is ocean view and we could even see the whales! The owners are great at communicating and easy to work with. Highly recommend to stay here!

Great Stay

We are frequent Papakea returners and usually stay in the L building. When we decided on a quick return trip for just the two of us, we found this unit on VRBO. It is exactly as described with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The unit has plenty of room and the bed was very comfortable. The The views of the ocean and the whales are great and we enjoyed our meals on the Lanai. We would highly recommend this unit.

Lovely resort. Nicely maintained. Pools and hot tub were clean and not very crowded. Our condo had literally everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, AC, even snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella and sun screen lotions. Coffee on the balcony, watching the sunset and spot some whales was heavenly ! Close to shopping and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff; concierge services are excellent. It's a terrific value.

Papakea B building 3rd floor

We have stayed in Kaanapali many times but this was our first time at Papakea. We really liked it - great pool area and gazebo and the grounds were very well maintained. Dawn was a great host- kept in touch before and during our stay and was quick to answer any questions/concerns. The unit itself had everything we needed and little extras as well like beach chairs, small cooler and boogey boards. We will stay there again in the future.

Just Awesome

The studio is located in the perfect location to do all your activities on Maui. Wether it’s head out to take on the road to Hana, golfing, shopping or fine dining on Front St. Your only 30 minutes away from it all. The PapKea complex is beautiful and the view of the ocean is spectacular from the land. The studio has everything you need to make or bbq dinner by the pool. My wife and can’t say enough about our stay, we’re already planning our return for next year. Thank you Dawn.

Perfect stay in Ka’anapali

Fantastic location and condo! The unit was great for just the two of us - well stocked with a comfortable bed. The lanai was great for morning coffee and post sunset dinners. While the beach right in front of the condo development isn’t super swimable, esp at high tide, you are literally walking distance to North Ka’anapali Beach which we found to be the best while there. Snorkeled Black Rock - it was fabulous. Scuba’d Mala Wharf - exceptionally good! Headed north to the blow horn and Olivine Pools as well - so easy to get to. This location was great. And the unit was the nicest of the (4) total we stayed in between two islands over our 2 week stay. Hope to be back!

We have 6 grown children and 8 grandchildren and we wanted to create a special place for our family to share for many years to come. We are happy to share our Papakea condo with you and hope you love it as much as we do.

The beautiful ocean views, beautiful beaches nearby, tranquil garden and local amenities including shopping, coffee houses, restaurants, farmers market, golf course and local park. We like the quaint private setting that makes you feel at home instead of a giant resort complex. We hope you find our home as comfortable as we do.
