This ground level condo is in a secured gated community and has 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 1 full bathroom (with double vanity's and a separate shower/water closet), large sofa, bar seating for 4, granite countertops, stainless steal appliances, a separate laundry, and TV. The condo is located within a 10 minute walk to Oxford-Swayze Field (Baseball Field), 15 minute walk to the Vaught-Hemmingway (Football Field) and The Pavilion (Basketball Arena), 25 minute walk to the Grove (voted #1 Tailgate Spot in the US) and only 2 miles from the historic "Square"!

Wonderful Condo!! Great Location!

This condo was perfect for our family for Graduation weekend! It was extremely clean and well maintained. The furnishings are beautiful and the condo had everything we could possibly need. Marci was wonderful communicating with us prior to our arrival. She was very helpful and we are grateful to her! We will definitely rent this condo again!!

Great Stay

This property was right up our alley. The owners were nice when we had a minor issue checking in, and they came to the rescue immediately. The neighborhood was safe with no worries and it was CLEAN. Thank you much. I know my family would love to stay there again.

Great location and very comfortable!

Condo was in a great secure location. So close to everything, yet quiet calming. Everything from bedding to towels were great quality and very comfortable! It truly felt like we were a guest in their home, not a hotel. We will most definitely be back to stay over the next 4 years!

Location, location, location. Close to campus, The Square and all sporting venues. You can walk or tak a quick Uber/Lyft ride to enjoy all Oxford has to offer.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This location just off Taylor Road provides quick access to campus-The Grove, The Square and all sporting venues. We love that the condo is gated and quiet. We know that you will enjoy our home away from home as much as we do.
