INTERIOR

The villa consists of a living room with fireplace and a sunken dining room with sea view.
An independent kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, induction cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.

The night area is composed of three bedrooms with sea view:
Room 1 : Queen Size bed 160*200 with cupboard and access to terrace - sea view
Room 2 : Queen Size bed 160*200 with cupboard and access to terrace - sea view
Room 3 : 2 * single beds 90*200 with cupboard and terrace access - sea view. Possibility of bringing the beds together to form a King Size 180*200 bed.

An independent bathroom with bath and toilet. Hair dryer available.

EXTERIOR
The outside space is nicely arranged with a small outside living room facing the sea to enjoy the sunrise.
A dining area with a table for 8 people and a barbecue.
Also available: 2 sunbeds, umbrella, ping-pong table, canoe kayak, toys for children.
The land is fully fenced and access to the beach is through a small secure gate.
Outside, the garage provides access to the washing machine, two refrigerators and an additional shower, ideal for beach trips.
