1940’s cottage remodeled in 2017 on three acres right outside of the city of Martin. Less than two miles from UTM and the medical district. Quiet and safe area. The house is decorated comfortably with soft fabrics and exposed wood. The property is fully furnished for either an extended stay or simply overnight.

UTM SOAR EVENT

Easy check in the farm house is clean and cozy. Enjoyed a rainy morning before our event @ UTM started. We will stay again when visiting our daughter @ UTM

Cute House

Cute house in close range to everything in Martin, TN. House had everything you could need and more. Cute decor, bed and seating was comfortable. Cute bathroom door but not much privacy. Would stay again if am in the area.

Home away from home

Quiet Retreat

This is one of my favorite places to stay when i come to Martin, and it instantly feels like a retreat from all the busyness of campus activities. I highly recommend it!

Spring Game getaway

Perfect little cottage close to campus. This little cottage was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. In addition, the owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any messages that were sent. We would definitely stay again.

Cute cottage in Martin, TN

The house was very clean, but had a musty smell and there is no door on the bedroom, which I couldn't tell from the pics. It is a nice house in a great location.

Details and Design

Love staying while passing thru. The natural wood, barn doors, and other design pieces like the fixtures made it super unique and cute. And if I can say personally the best part was the extremely comfortable king size bed.

High Marks All Around

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. I felt like I had just stepped into a beautifully renovated property from HGTV's Home Town. Everything was picture perfect. The check-in, check-out process was super easy, and communications with the property host were top notch. We would stay here again, and highly recommend you stay here when visiting Martin.

Granddaughter birthday

Everything was great. I found the trash can overturned by animals and cleaned it up. My wife folded the clean laundry in the dryer and you have to replace that toilet seat my butt still hurts 😁
