This was an amazing place and it was close to many of the places we wanted to see in the area. There were several things to do and the hosts were great at giving us additional ideas as well. Communication was good and the hosts were very responsive to our group. If in the area again we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Was not sure where the 12th sleeping space was. Presume it was the fold-out chair in the living room. The trundle beds in 2 rooms were more suitable for children rather than adults. The stairs to the basement might be safer with carpet or safety strips on them. The dining room/living room/sitting room were open enough to allow everyone to be together without feeling crowded. Great location for walking around New Ulm.
