På en parkliknande fastighet, bara 3 till 5 minuters promenad från den vackra sjön Titisee, väntar en modern "vacker levande" design på en modern 5-stjärnig nivå på mer än 290 m2.

Utrustade med 4 sovrum (idealiskt för upp till 6 vuxna med 4 barn) och 3 lyxiga välmående badrum i extraklass samt ett modernt, öppet designkök och en 40m2 täckt sydvänd terrass med panoramautsikt.

Den rymliga loungen är utrustad med originella fåtöljer från Acapulco och en kokongspis av designern Federico Otero. Det stora oljade matbordet i ek har plats för 10 personer och det moderna köket har den senaste generationen apparater. Upplysta takelement skapar en mycket speciell atmosfär på kvällen.

I tre av de fyra sovrummen finns det lyxiga NATURA boxfjädrar för perfekt sovkomfort och i det fjärde Något väldigt speciellt väntar gäster i sovrummet: handgjorda våningssängar i en exklusiv chaletstil - en absolut dröm inte bara för barn!

Kort om platsen för den "klimatiska kurorten Titisee" i gräns triangeln Tyskland-Frankrike-Schweiz: Vi är anslutna till det största skidområdet norr om Alperna: 52 liftar, 300 km längdskidspår och romantiska vinterspår (inklusive vagn genom snön ;-)). Schwarzwalds badparadis (inklusive wellnessoas) kan nås på 5 minuter med bil och både Europapark, Steinwasenpark och Hasenhorn Coaster (den längsta rodelbana i Tyskland) är inte bara kul för barn. Vid sjön kan du naturligtvis hyra rodd, kanot eller paddla båtar samt e-båtar, prova SUP (Stand Up Paddling) eller delta i en båttur. Three Lakes Trail, som går rätt förbi huset, är ett absolut måste för varje cyklist! Klättringsskogen "Action Forest" och Golf Club Hochschwarzwald ligger precis runt hörnet.

Great home for Black Forest stay

This vacation home was perfect for our group of 9! The space was ample which made our stay very comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, pans and all utensils needed. We loved the openness of the dining and living room, which also opened up to a large covered patio and backyard. The kids enjoyed the play room and bunk bed room.We found the location very convenient to forest trails, walking paths and a quick walk to town and the lake.

A beautiful home in the Black Forest

Preis übertrieben hoch

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, leider ist die Decke hellhörig was unangenehm für die im Erdgeschoss Schalfenden ist. Dass die Bahn auf der anderen Strassenseite ist war mir nicht bewusst. Der Garten ist leider nicht komplett eingezäunt und wirkt nicht sehr gepflegt. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist da es, dank COVID-19 schwierig war abends ein Restaurant zu finden, entweder voll gebucht oder nicht offen. Der Preis für diesen Urlaub war überzogen.

Wir haben hier unseren Company-Retreat durchgeführt und uns für zwei Tage aus dem Firmen-Alltag rausgenommen. Das Haus bietet alles, um in einer ruhigen und funktionalen Umgebung in einer grösseren Gruppe zusammen zu arbeiten, kochen , feiern oder auch nur entspannen. Zudem ist die Umgebung perfekt, um schnell in der Natur zu entspannen. Wir kommen wieder!

Einfach zum Wohlfühlen

Toll renoviertes Haus, das kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Herrlich eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, tolle Bäder und ein Riesentisch für Großfamilientreffen. Terrasse liegt schön nach Süden, so dass man von morgens bis abends Sonne bekommt. Hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen! (sofern man nicht auf den Kontoauszug schaut 😉).

Das Anwesen ist herrlich

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende mit Freunden in diesem erstklassigen Ferienhaus am malerischen Titisee verbracht. Die gesamte Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich sehr luxuriös. Grosszügig, modern, durchdacht, sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Nicht gerade günstig, aber jeden einzelnen Euro wert! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder :-).

What an amazing beautiful home

What an amazing beautiful home that you need to experience! We booked this property a number of months ago to celebrate my father in laws 70th birthday. When I read the comments about the property and saw the pictures I thought it sounded superb but I have to say it surpassed me and my families expectations. This property IS superb, the interior is amazing and the quality of the finish is breathtaking. Everything is thought off, games to play, beautiful beds, bedding, cutlery etc etc. The “Chalet style" room with the bunk beds is stunning. There are very few properties or houses I have stayed in over the years that I walk into and think WOW and all eight of us who stayed there all thought the same WOW. When we walked in from a long drive to get there in the kitchen was the most amazing welcome hamper of high quality muesli, milk, jam and chocolate etc. (all from the Black Forest) which was a lovely welcoming touch, that started off our stay in a fantastic way. They really think of everything to ensure you have the best stay. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who is considering staying in or around this beautiful area and in all my time this is possibly one of the best if not the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. Beautiful walks close by and great mountain bike tracks, the "Badeparadies Schwarzwald" is only 5 minutes away. My advise is do not look anywhere else get this one booked, you will not be disappointed. I look forward to seeing the first person who has read this review and booked on the back of it saying thanks for telling me...I can assure you, you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely marvellous holiday house - Recommended

I must start by stating that my extended family and I have stayed in many holidays homes all over the world, however LA MAISON in Titisee is easily the most well equipped of the homes we have booked. Everything is there, equipped and ready to go. There is an abundance of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils in the luxurious kitchen. The appliances are very much state of the art! Food is very important within our family so to have a kitchen like this one then we were very impressed. The house itself is very modern and spacious (and spotless clean!). It has a real cosy feeling to it. We loved the setup of every room in the house. The beds within the bedrooms are very, very comfortable. Add the luxurious bathrooms to this and it makes for an absolutely fantastic stay! There is also a lovely welcome pack for when you first arrive. I must mention Patrick, who was on hand should we have any questions. Absolutely brilliant service! The house is less than 10 or 15 mins drive away from the great ski resort “Feldberg". We had a skiing instructor for the whole family which was great fun! I would thoroughly recommend a stay in this house if you are looking for somewhere to relax, explore and recharge your batteries. We are already trying to plan a return trip!

Perfect family holiday in a stunning home!!!

We are a young family of four (two children aged 4 and 6) plus two elderly grandparents spending some precious time together in the most beautiful property with glorious views and a sunset you can't stop watching. The children loved the freedom afforded by the large garden and nearby lake. The parents loved the stunning, comfortable, luxurious living room and bedrooms and the grandparents thoroughly enjoyed exploring the beautiful nature with it's clear, fresh air. We were new holidaymakers to this part of the world but loved exploring the black forest including pretty market squares, lots of attractions and outstanding restaurants. This is a perfect retreat for people of all ages and interests. We recommend it to everyone and hope to return very soon.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit am Titisee und das Haus war wirklich erstklassig. Es passte einfach alles und war bis aufs kleinste Detail liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Unsere Kinder und unser kleiner Hund fanden vor allem den Garten gigantisch. Es mangelte an nichts und wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Ferienhaus mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Wohlfühloase

Vielen Dank, dass wir in Ihrem wunderschönen Haus herrliche Urlaubstage verbringen durften. Wir haben uns sofort fast wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön im Detail eingerichtet und die verschiedenen Einrichtungsgegenstände harmonieren wunderbar miteinander. Selten trifft man auf solch eine Stimmigkeit, die nicht übertrieben wirkt. Hier kommt ein ganz besonderes Urlaubsfeeling auf. Auch meinem Hund Snoopy hat es ganz toll gefallen, als “Schwarzwaldfürst" täglich vom Grundstück direkt auf den Hochfirst zu schauen und alles zu beobachten. Natürlich ist der Schwarzwald wie gewohnt eine kulinarische Hochburg, so dass wir die toll eingerichtete Küche leider nur selten nutzen konnten. Das Einkaufen von Lebensmitteln bei Feinkost Gutscher in der Seestraße ist jedoch immer ein schönes Erlebnis. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf den nächsten Urlaub im Juli 2019 in Ihrem schönen Haus!!! In jedem Fall haben wir ein tolles neues Ferienhaus entdeckt, welches wir gerne in der Zukunft regelmäßig besuchen werden, wenn wir die Möglichkeit hierzu bekommen. Grandioses Ferienhaus am Titisee

Wunderschönes und hochwertig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus am malerischen Titisee. Fußläufig ist man in kürzester Zeit im Dorfkern. Das Badeparadies Schwarzwald, zahlreiche Restaurants und Freizeitmöglichkeiten sowie der Bootsanleger sind ebenfalls in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Feldberg liegt gleich um die Ecke und auch in Freiburg ist man schnell. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, das Haus werden wir sicher wieder buchen.

Das wohl schönste Ferienhaus im Schwarzwald

Wir haben Ende März eine perfekte Urlaubswoche im LA MAISON Titisee verbracht und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben! Das Haus liegt freistehend in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, nur wenige Meter von einem kleinen, romantischen Wald mit Weiher und - etwas versteckt - zauberhaften Miniatur-Schwarzwaldhäuschen entfernt. Der offene Lounge-/Essbereich ist sehr grosszügig, hell und modern eingerichtet, alles hat Hand und Fuß, wie mein Mann gemeint hat. Von der großen Terrasse und dem riesigen, gepflegten Garten in idealer Süd-Westausrichtung hat man einen herrlichen Blick. Die Schlafzimmer sowie die Bäder sind ebenfalls erstklassig und ein wahrer Augenschmaus. Solch eine hohe Qualität hatten wir bis dato noch in keinem Ferienhaus genießen dürfen - vielen Dank, liebe Frau Oehlandt und einen dickes Kompliment!

Spitzenklasse!

Wir sind eine recht große Familie und alle, wirklich ALLE haben sich rundum wohl gefühlt in diesem besonderen Haus. Das “La Maison" ist wirklich so schön wie auf den Bildern (es sieht aus, als ob es direkt aus einem Hochglanzmagazin für perfektes Wohndesign entsprungen ist)! Das hat Stil, das hat Klasse! Und man merkt sofort, dass dieses Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist und wirklich alles, was man nur benötigen könnte, vorhanden ist. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft: Umgeben von Wald und nach nur wenigen Schritten erreicht man bereits den See. Für Frischluft-Suchende genau das Richtige, um endlich einmal wieder auszuspannen. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und tun alles, damit die Gäste wunschlos glücklich sind. Danke!

Fabulous House Close to All

This house is newly renovated with a simple, yet elegant design. The online pictures are absolutely accurate. Spacious living areas, with enough room for 8-10 people. There is even a game room in the basement, for small children. The 4 bedrooms were lovely: 2 with one large bed each (1 on the ground level and one upstairs), one with 2 separate beds and 1 with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds total, including children’s books and games). The 3 bathrooms are quite helpful with a large group. The bathroom downstairs has both a tub and shower; the two upstairs - one has a shower, the other a tub. The large, covered deck (terrace) is a beautiful sitting area for the quiet evenings. We were allowed to use the garage to store our bikes. The house is within a 5 minute walk to town (quite nice) and the lake (fabulous, with many activities). 50 meters down the road is a trail through the woods that leads to the next town (Hinterzarten - beautiful) and the ski jumps. Stay here and have a wonderful vacation! We wanted to stay forever!

Gorgeous Design

La Maison Titisee is real gem in a fantastic location with lots of attractions nearby. The Villa itself is just gorgeous, very well equipped and spotless!

Together with my husband and our 8-year-old, we spend half the year in the design metropolis of Cape Town and the other half in the most beautiful part of Germany: the "wild south", also known as the southern Black Forest :-)

A fantastic location! We spent a long time looking for a single-family home on a park-like setting, and all this is just 300 meters from one of the most beautiful nature lakes in the Black Forest! Very close to many attractions in both winter and summer, you will not find anything like it anywhere else.

The "Titisee clean-air resort" in the border triangle between Germany, France and Switzerland is connected to the largest ski resort north of the Alps: 52 lifts, 300 km of trails and romantic winter roads (including carriage rides through the snow ;-)). You can reach the bathing paradise in Schwarzwald (including the spa and wellness oasis) in five minutes and the famous Europapark as well as the Steinwasenpark and the Hasenhorn Coaster (the longest slide in Germany) are great fun for both adults and children. You can also rent canoes, rowboats and electric boats at the lake, try the SUP (paddleboarding) or participate in a boat tour. The path of the three lakes, which runs right next to the house, is a must for all cyclists. The "Action Forest" climbing adventure and the Hochschwarzwald Golf Club are just around the corner.
