Lovely cottage in a central location. Adult kids enjoyed the separate basement space with the second bathroom (and ping pong table). The weather was perfect to enjoy the outdoor space as well.

Great location in the middle of Cape Cod. We were easily able to explore the entire Cape. The cottage was very clean and cozy, just as pictured. There were 4 of us on our annual Girl’s Trip and the cottage made our enjoyability of the trip a 10!

Overall it was a great experience. The home is super cute, well provisioned and perfect central location for exploring the entire Cape Cod region. We were able to easily cook our own meals as access to great super markets were close by.

This property was in a very good location. It was close to downtown for shops and restaurants and close to the harbor for doing boat tours. The house overall was very clean except for the couch , upon arrival had scratches in it that look like animal claws and gray stains on it . I did reach out to the owner about this. The third bedroom is in the basement along with the second bathroom. The location of them was not mentioned in the listing. There’s also no railing to hold on to going down the basement steps . That is a safety concern.

Labor Day Weekend

Great cottage in a great spot. We were able to easily sleep 8 of us. Backyard and basement are setup really well for larger groups. Pretty close to the beach and Main Street. Would definitely stay again

Family reunion/vacation

This place was perfect for our stay. Great accommodations. It had enough room to just hang out and be together. The grill and the outdoor space to have the rest of our family over for a BBQ and hang around the fire pit was perfect. Great and convenient location. Although it was on a corner, you couldn’t hear any of the traffic inside.

Beautiful rental home

The rental home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. It even had an outdoor fire pit area and outdoor lounge seating and grill.

Awesome Location

We rented the property for the weekend and had a wonderful experience. It is centrally located for restaurants and attractions. The property is well maintained and affords a relaxing experience. We definitely recommend this property for anyone interested in a Cape Cod getaway.
