Cocoonr agency offers you this magnificent, bright, new flat for rent in Le Laorwenn, Vannes, in a luxury residence on the 2nd floor with lift and 30 mÂČ terrace. Ideally located near the station and 5 minutes' drive from the town center, this flat offers a panoramic view over the town of Vannes. With a surface area of 85mÂČ. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travelers, with a very pleasant living room and fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge, 3 bedrooms and a shower room with separate toilet, we're just waiting for you!
It comprises
- A lovely 30 mÂČ living room with sofa and TV,
- A fully-equipped contemporary kitchen opening onto the living room: oven, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.
- Two double bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200) overlooking the terrace and a third bedroom with two single beds (90X190), a shower room with a large walk-in shower and double basins, separate WC and a private terrace with garden furniture.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A large 30mÂČ terrace equipped with outdoor furniture.
The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
