- Ground floor: large corridor leading to equipped kitchen, living room with terrace access. Bathroom with large shower. Separate WC.
- 1st floor: mezzanine office area with sofa and television. Two bedrooms (160x200cm and 140x190cm). Separate WC. Bathroom.
- 2nd floor with sleeping area 2x90x190cm, and games area with tables and chairs. Balcony.

The price includes: charges, sheets and beds made on arrival, linens and end-of-stay cleaning. Optional: bathroom linen at €6 per person.
