Stay in the heart of Indy near-downtown neighborhoods when you book this freshly renovated, luxurious & bright full family home. Professionally decorated, this clean & sanitized Airbnb offers style, convenience, and the comforts of home all under the same roof. You will have private parking for several cars in the long driveway. There is plenty of space for up to 18 guests with 4 large bedrooms, a bonus game & office room, and large living spaces to allow your whole group to spread out!!!

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This beautiful stylish & luxurious home has four bedrooms, all furnished to provide a comfortable & luxury feel that makes falling asleep easy, during the day or night. The first downstairs bedroom boasts 6 twin beds made of bunk beds and a trundle on either side of the room. The room offers access to an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet & vanity!

The second bedroom upstairs boasts a Queen bed and is complete with a closet, a relaxing corner chair and a flat-screen TV for your comfort.

The third bedroom is our room which holds 5 twin beds. Bunk beds on either ends of the room with a trundle under one of the bunks. There us a flat-screen TV also for your entertainment.

The fourth bedroom upstairs also boasts a Queen bed and is complete with a closet, a relaxing corner chair and a flat-screen TV for your comfort.

The BONUS room is our game room where you're able to fit the new queen air mattress for your added convenience for those larger groups staying. We also have our 2 sofas that can be converted into queen sofas!

The two elegant full bathrooms in the home make it easy to get ready at any time of the day. A full size bathroom upstairs with a bathtub that is stylish, clean and spacious for our guests as well as the ensuite bathroom to the downstairs bedroom. There is also another half bath downstairs conveniently situated near the living and lounge spaces.

The main level of the home has multiple living spaces such that everyone can carve out a favorite spot. In our large modern stylish living room, grab a spot and settle into the couches, and catch up on your not-to-be-missed series on the flat-screen TV. Details like a colorful-inspired area rugs, bright artwork, and gorgeous coffee tables make the living room a warm and inviting place to be. This space sits adjacent to our reading nook and chill areas for relaxing moments throughout the day.

Decent property but...

I want to give a 5 star review, but we definitely had some issues... My family (parents, siblings, and their children) were in the area for a funeral and we believed this property could accommodate us all. The living space and kitchen were great. The kitchen is fully stocked, we prepared all meals in the home, that part went very well! Bedrooms were good other than a broken trundle bed. An air mattress was one of the sleeping options, but had a hole in it (a new one was delivered to us after I let the host know), the couches are terribly uncomfortable and bedding was scarce. Towels were also extremely limited. We had to do laundry daily and there were no hand towels in the bathrooms or kitchen. The home was NOT clean! Crumbs, nail clippings, and mouse turds were found in the trundle beds. Bathroom garbage cans were stuffed full. We couldn't find any silverware when we arrived and found it in the dishwasher (clean thankfully). We also found towels left in the dryer. It was apparent that the place was not completely gone through for guests. There were plenty of laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. which was nice. Also, beware of the neighbor on the corner that complains about people parking by their house on a public street. Overall, it did work for us, but we were very disappointed about some of the things we encountered given how this home is advertised. The host is very responsive and had some hand towels and extra blankets delivered in addition to the air mattress, however, did not acknowledge some of the other concerns that I brought up such as cleanliness.

Lovely home

We came to Indy for a volleyball tournament and chose for the team to stay in a home rather than a hotel. It was the best decision. The house was situated in a way that fostered easy meal prep/clean up, hanging out watching movies and comfortably sleeping. We had a wifi connectivity issue and someone came to the house and sorted it out within 30 minutes of our initial phone call for help. Very accommodating, clean, well appointed home. Highly recommend.
