T2 for 4 people of 27m2 located on the ground floor with a 15m2 enclosed garden facing West.
Completely refurbished in 2018.
Private car park n° 21 inside the residence.
This apartment has a bathroom with shower cabin and toilet, a lounge area communicating with the fully equipped kitchen area, 1 ceramic hob, 2 burners, 1 fridge freezes top, 1 Nespresso coffee maker (capsule), 1 microwave, storage furniture and a washing machine.
Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are at the disposal of travellers.
The room has a 140cm bed and small storage cupboards.
Duvets and cushions are available in the apartment.
The sofa in the living room is a corner sofa, a chest that unfolds to make a bed for 2 people.
Small veranda with a large dining table for the whole family overlooking the small garden.
The television is on the wall, facing the sofa. French channels only.
The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, you can contact the agency which will offer you a wi-fi box (2GB per day) at the price of 7 ⏠per day or 40 ⏠per week.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request it from the agency if necessary.
