This air-conditioned apartment measures approximately 65m² and faces south. It comprises an entrance hall with storage, a spacious living room with a dining table, two 140x190cm sofa beds and a TV, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large American-style fridge-freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a conventional oven, and a stovetop, opening onto the approximately 50m² terrace. An air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a storage closet is also available. A bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and washing machine is also available. There is a separate toilet.
An additional separate bedroom is available, close to the apartment. It features an entrance hall with a storage closet, a 140x190 cm bed with a mini refrigerator, and a bathroom with toilet.
Shared parking is available in the residence. Wi-Fi is included, and eco-friendly fiber bed linens are provided.
Ideally located, a 5-minute drive from Monaco and the Parc des Oliviers, with direct access from the residence to the Chemin des Douaniers, which leads on foot to the beach (10 minutes), the train station, Le Corbusier's villa E-1027, and the Monaco Country Club tennis court (40 minutes).
