Every corner of this home was designed around having a beautiful view of Wallowa Lake! This large home is perfect for your family vacation bringing many generations together for a wonderful family vacation. The large picture windows bring in plenty of natural light, a treehouse feel with the mature landscaping around the home, and a view of Wallowa Lake from almost every room. This home is perfect for your family to reconnect and recharge.

The main level of this home has an open floor plan. The kitchen, dining room, and living room all share a common space. The primary suite is on this main floor with a soaking tub. Off the large living room are a half bath and a utility with a washer and dryer for your use. Your entrance to the large multi-story deck is also off of the living room. Step down two steps to enjoy the day on the main level deck, or descend a short flight of stairs to sit at the bistro and have a better view of the family playing on the dock.

Climb a flight of stairs inside the house to take you to the loft with a queen bed and continue into the shared bathroom to the 'plus' room that also has a queen bed. This area isn't overly private but would be perfect for a small family to share the space.

Spending your days outside is always a great way to spend a summer day! The home has a private dock for your enjoyment and really easy lake access. The yard is well maintained and has a lot of mature landscaping and beautiful shade trees. The large two-story deck offers many seating options as well as the propane BBQ (seasonal) for your family dinners. Days spent at the Treehouse will be well remembered. This home is perfectly appointed for your larger family as there is lots of space to spread out in but also feels very intimate for a smaller family or couples.

THINGS TO KNOW
Seasonal private docks are typically placed for Memorial Day thru Labor Day. These are placed and pulled by a 3rd party and several variables come into play such as lake levels, snow and company availability. We do our best, but these items are non refundable items if a problem occurs with their timing of putting in the water and pulling from the water.
Seasonal bbqs are available from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. BBQs are propane and tanks are provided. We strongly encourage you to review your tank level in the morning and if a replacement is needed please reach out to your local contact for a tank replacement.
The upstairs loft plus room have A/C.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: *seasonal
Docks are seasonal which means access to the lake from some lakefront homes is seasonal too. If the dock is not in the water we urge you to not try and access the lake from the home and by doing so will be at your own risk.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
