The location is easily walkable to a bunch of sun spots and great food (Dai Due, Love Supreme, Bird Bird Biscuit, Haymaker, School House Pub, Patrizi's, The Vortex Theater, Thunderbird Coffee House, Vida Pura Juicery, Vic and Al's, Techo's Mezcaleria, Salty Sow, El Chile, Mi Madre's ALL WITHIN A HALF-MILE.)

Spaciousand accommodating!
The property has great common areas and plenty of beds around the house to sleep. The host was very accommodating for any hiccups we had.

Great family vacation
Our family of 6 adults & 2 toddlers stayed at the Austin house and enjoyed the cowgirl pool as well as the chickens. It was very convenient to many Austin sites and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this house to other visitors to Austin, TX

Absolutely incredible! Highly recommend!
We had a group of 10 visiting Austin to celebrate my sisters bachelorette and this house was absolutely PERFECT! Incredibly clean, above and beyond communication and support from hosts who even let us check in early! Super helpful communication about entry and location and the area as well. The house had everything we needed and more PLUS it was somehow even nicer than the photos! Decor and aesthetic were perfectly done and the entire home was so nicely cool at all times as an escape from the heat of Austin! Plus they had chickens to feed in the yard that were so adorable and farm fresh eggs to eat! Overall, couldn’t recommend this spot more!!!!

The property is even better than the pictures. Was perfect for our group of 9 girls. Great living space, yard, cute little chickens, amazing finishes, and great hosts. We absolutely loved our stay!

Perfect fit and great location!
Celebrated a birthday with small group of women for a long weekend in Austin. No one in the party had been to Austin so I feel we really lucked out with this rental. The location offered a short walk to restaurants and bars and also a small grocery for necessities. The house was clean, offered a nice gathering space inside and out for our party, and came with farm fresh eggs from the cutest chickens on property. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions and were very gracious.

We enjoyed our stay. Nicely renovated property with some bars/restaurants in walking distance. Some of the neighboring properties were pretty run down but that did not impact our stay

This a unique house in the best part of Austin. Its a short walk to lots of restaurants and cool Austin bars. Me and my BF spent the past year making it into a super cute boho oasis for you and yours guest to relax or party in style.

We keep a couple happy chickens on the property so you'll likely have fresh eggs if you like. We also have a small natural bee hive in the far corner of the property surrounded by native plants of various species that bloom year-round.
