**NEW SMYRNA BEACH NON-DRIVING LUXURY COMMUNITY**

Tradewinds located on New Smyrna Beach, is a monthly rental (30 day minimum) gated community with so many great features including a gym, Jacuzzi, 2 pools with one heated, tennis/pickle-ball court, covered parking, dog friendly with dog walk. We require a minimum of (60) days during winter months and if we offer any summer months, they will be at (30) days minimum per the property rules.

Our spacious condo on the 11th floor of 13, has 2 large bedrooms, master has a king bed with large smart Samsung TV, overhead fan, walk in closet, private bathroom has a shower plus a garden tub and double sinks. Guest room has (2) double beds, overhead fan, walk in closet and smart Samsung TV. The shared guest bath has a shower and single sink. Fully loaded kitchen with everything a cook would love to make all your meals. Dining table is bench style and can seat 6. Fridge for sodas and wine adjacent to the kitchen. The living area has two oversized living room chairs with a pull out sleeper couch with a superior blow up mattress for extra sleepers and comfort. Huge smart TV for your sports / movie fan.

There are 2 elevators that serve our tower and only 4 units per floor. Very private and quiet. Please note, there is a camera door bell.

Our beach is non-driving area but you can go north a couple miles and go onto the drive side should you want to experience the feel of the wind in your hair while driving on the beach. Many wonderful mom and pop restaurants to choose from. Shopping, shell hunting, fishing and paddle boarding are just a few of the fun things to do while visiting.

Wonderful stay

The condo has every amenity you could ask for, kitchen is full of amenities. The owner was very easy to get in contact with.. all you need is your bathing suits and some groceries

"Shelly and Paul - It is with a great deal of thankfulness that I send you this message about our stay at your condo. IT WAS PERFECT in all ways! You have incredible taste and foresight as to the needs of travelers and it shows. This was the cleanest condo we have rented in our years of coming to FL in our retirement. Everything "worked" and was served us well. Beach chairs, tent, electric grill, bedding, towels (including beach), welcome basket and clear and good information on codes and ability of moving throughout the condo facilities! Thank you - thank you! What can I saw------there can not be a better view of the sunrise than laying in bed waking up to the sunshine. We are definitely missing that and sharing your FL with you. Terrific Time at Trade Winds

My husband and I enjoyed 5 awesome weeks at the beautiful Tradewinds. Owner Shelley was the perfect hostess, and her beautiful, updated condo was the best.

Everything you could ever want.

On a whim, rented this property for the month of December mostly to enjoy New Smyrna Beach, and have a place for a family pandemic Christmas of 3 people. The pictures actually do not do this place justice. I have spent far more money to stay at “luxury hotels” that have offered far less. The owners have thought of literally everything. The kitchen was actually stocked to the point that we needed almost nothing for a proper Italian Christmas dinner to be prepared. The updating is superb. This building was built in the 80s, but you would never know it from when you walk in the door. The light wooden floors are gorgeous. The bathrooms are better than almost any hotel I’ve ever been in. Beautiful white marble. Plush linens. There is even a portable fan in the bedroom for those of us who simply cannot sleep without one. The balcony is oversized for a condo of this size, and feels private at the same time connected to the ocean. You are not staring at other balconies. The Atlantic Ocean is your own private back yard. The sunrises are worth setting an alarm for. And despite facing East, the cotton candy sunsets are magnificent. It’s an easy walk downstairs to the non-driving beach. The grounds are kept immaculate. We even caught a couple of night launches from Cape Canaveral. Part of me doesn’t want to let people in on the true gem that this place is, because we really would like to regularly return. But these owners who clearly take pride in their dwelling deserve credit for having opened up their beautiful home for others to truly enjoy.

Paul and I are native to the area and spent many days/nights as children and teens visiting New Smyrna Beach. We now make it our second home and enjoy the local dining and long walks on the beach. We once owned a vacation rental company and have since scaled down to just managing our own home. We invite you to stay and enjoy the same amenities that we ourselves enjoy.

We do not rent year round and we open up our rental to select guests in order to keep our home clean, inviting and not worn down by hotel style guests. This truly comfort and style, we hope you too will enjoy it as much as we do.

Our community being gated and further south, offers quiet beaches, less crowded and no driving. Dolphin are often seen in the mornings gathering food, Pelicans fly directly in front of your eyes. Watch the sun rise from the balcony or close your privacy shades for a nice cozy room for resting.
