Exactly what we needed!

Loved the easy access to the beach and pools. Located on the second floor by the staircase, was convenient for our many trips in and out of the facility. With two parking spots included, they were both located next to the staircase and led almost directly to the unit. We had the perfect amount of sleeping space for our group of five kids and two adults. The living room was spacious and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook all meals. Good size bathrooms with tub showers for the kids was great. The unit owner was very friendly and gave suggestions on things to do/places to go with having younger kids. He even checked on us during our stay to make sure things were going well. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Great beach property

Great location and nice condo. Comfy beds, nice amount of space, great ocean view from the deck and close to two restaurants which is quite a find on Sandbridge. Pickleball courts are also close by at the park. Definitely would stay again.

Great Condo, View of Ocean

Overall, this was a great stay. The condo was clean and looked like it had new carpet. We enjoyed a side view of the ocean and were surprised to have one since the condo pics did not show it. The only thing missing was a hair dryer. The checkin was okay, but a little odd. The homeowner met us at a convenient store to get the keys and information, which did not take any more time than waiting in line at a realty office. The plus was we could use a restroom, get gas, and a snack while we were there. We would certainly stay again.

Sandbridge Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Rick's place. Great view of ocean from the porch and access to beach. would be great in the summer when the pool/hot tub are open! Very clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. Good restaurants nearby. We came for the Airbirds Over the Beach and the property was very convenient. Rick was very responsive. I think the only thing that would help would be a lockbox with the key.

Fabulous stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Sandbridge. The Sanctuary was wonderful and convenient right off the beach. The condo was perfect for us. We had 4 adults and 5 teen/tweens. We will definitely look to go back!

Lovely place to stay

The unit was just what we needed. Proximity to the beach was excellent and not crowded at all. The kitchen was well stocked except for I didn't find any plastic wrap or aluminum foil to wrap up food. There were some pantry items, like sugar, some coffee, syrup and a few things that were helpful. Owner offered to let us in a little early, which was very nice. We were there for a wedding - we had thought we might have extended family come to us for breakfast the morning after, but we didn't know where they would be able to park, so we went elsewhere. We had 2 parking spaces in the garage with tags for 2 cars. It's a little far from a grocery store, so plan ahead for that.

Very clean, great location

We stayed here for a basketball tournament in Virginia Beach. The property manager was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean and we had so much room. Will definitely pick this place again if in the area.

Old worn furnishings

The place was convenient but the rental was old and worn. Carpet was dirty and stained and needs replacing. Couch pillows were filthy and couches were old and worn. Dirty comforters and stained pillows thrown in bedroom closets. Mismatched and not enough silverware and needs glassware. Face of cabinet drawers in kitchen are coming off and nothing to mix with. No hand mixer Would not recommend this condo

Quick girls getaway

The weekend was great except for the initial check-in. I did not receive any information about how to check-in however once I called the number provided, Richard promptly responded. He came to me and rectified the issue. I'd rent this spot again.🤗

Sandbridge beach condo

The location of the property was so great! Rick, the owner was really nice and attentive when I had a few questions. It was very comfortable but the house cleaner could do a better job. Thank you Rick, for the use of your place.

Wonderful Beach Experience

Overall, we loved our stay at the Sanctuary. It is steps away from a beautiful beach, with big waves to boogie board and play in. The pools are a nice feature for after the beach, complete with swim-up bar. Our washing machine was under repair for the entire stay, but Richard came mid-week and took our laundry to do at his house. Make sure you leave your parking tag displayed! My daughter and her friend were trying to leave at 2am on Saturday, and found their car had been towed. The parking tag was on their center console. They had to take a 40 minute Uber and pay $170 to recover it. The place had all the space and everything the 8 of us needed. The grills are a bit outdated and some need repairs. Decent fitness center. Another inconvenience is the closet drugstore/convenience store is over 15 minutes away. But there are good restaurants around, and Baja right across the street is a great time! We made everlasting memories for sure!
