It's located on the 3rd floor of a traditional Nice building with no elevator.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a superb view of the old town and the cathedral.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and is very pleasant to live in thanks to its refined decoration.

Just a stone's throw from Place Rosetti, in the heart of Vieux Nice, the apartment is located on Rue du JĂ©sus. You'll be in Nice's liveliest and most sought-after district, yet still in a peaceful setting.
You'll appreciate its narrow streets, shops, bars and restaurants, not to mention the fact that you're only 300 meters from the sea.
## Transit
Tramway: Vieille Ville cathedral stop 3 minutes' walk from the apartment. Numerous paid parking lots are nearby.
