Great Location & Great Hosts!

The description of this property is spot on. It is less than a mile away from the closest beach and the condo furnishings are comfortable and everything that you would need. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responsive. We appreciated that they had beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels for their guests to use! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Clean, clean clean everything looks brand new

My wife and I have traveled the world we have stayed in so many homes,I don’t remember how many but this home in particular is the cleanest most organized up-to-date . appliances are like new everything you would need for a relaxing and most comfortable stay I didn’t even mention the resort pool with the tiki bar. The furnished and beautiful Lanai is a great place to sit have coffee ,drink wine no complaints at all. Prices are pretty low at the tiki bar ,a beer for five bucks. The people I’ve ran into who work here are the nicest you could ask for. The owners are the best communicators I have ever had. They were right with me I had perfect instructions. Check-in was a simple and leaving as well. Rent this place and you don’t need to go to the Beach. which is only about 1 mile away five minutes in the carThere’s also plenty of restaurants around here so you can walk to everything . thank you We had a wonderful time. We’ll see you againa mile away.

Anniversary Get Away!

We loved every minute of our trip. The condo was clean, spacious and oh so relaxing. The pools were excellent and peaceful. I Loved being by the pool. The area was super simple to navigate with everything close by. We discovered Lovers Key state park our last day it was beautiful we wished we found it earlier. we'll definitely be back when time allows another trip without kids. This was the best vacation we've had.

fantastic place

larger than most 1 bedroom condos place was super clean located off the street with no traffic noise. Comfortable bed and large bathroom with tons of towels I would certainly stay there again, the only negative would be my assigned parking had a huge concrete pillar near it and I was driving a large SUV made it difficult so I ended up parking in guest parking outside

Highly recommended 1 bedroom condo

spent a week at this condo in early Nov 2022. It is quitae spacious and very nicely decorated, very comfortable. Large lanai facing east overlooking the smaller quiet pool. Condo complex has nice amenities incl 2 pools and 2 hot tubs plus large excercise room. I would stay again and highly recoomend it.

Delightful!

This was a charmingly decorated condo with a two-room wide screened-in deck overlooking a lagoon and swimming pool. Everything was very comfortable. We felt downright cosseted! The gym was one of the best equipped we’d seen. While on the treadmill, I could overlook a rock waterfall flowing into another swimming pool. Great location as well.

Beautiful condo with many amenities

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here over spring break. The condo was beautifully decorated and well organized with everything we needed for the week. There was even a bottle of wine to welcome us and coffee for the Keurig for the week! Liza was extremely helpful pointing us in the right direction for everything we wanted to see and do during the week. The pool area was very nice and relaxing and the shuttle made going to the beach quick and easy. We would definitely rent from them again!

Quiet Resort Living

Our stay at this property was terrific. It has a resort vibe without a big crowd. It was quiet and peaceful, with access to two pools, one with a grill & bar. The condo itself was immaculately clean and comfortable, with all the amenities of home. It's in a great location, with easy access to many places to eat, sightsee, or relax on a beach - even miniature golf! Liza was a terrific host - easy to communicate with via text or cell. She was quick to respond to a few small issues and questions we had. When we are in the area again it will be our go-to place to stay!

Great Great Hosts

Unit and property were as great as pictures and information shared. Many amenities were provided and made moving in so simple. Host provided GREAT information BEFORE we arrived. Usually it takes us a couple days to figure things out. Also, when we had a couple questions, host responded immediately. Couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. Hope they have availability when we want to return.

February 2023 Getaway

Liza and Tony were great hosts! The condo was immaculate and was furnished with everything we needed and more! The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow for everything from the access codes, to the parking spots, to the TV's! The pools are lovely and the location is conveniently located to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. (Unfortunately, the beaches were closed due to hurricane Ian.) There was a nice welcome book with info on local attractions and restaurants which was very helpful. Thanks Liza and Tony.

Perfect Location & Amenities Throughout

We could not have been more impressed with this beautiful condominium and the community it is located in. The condo was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The VRBO site was easy to use to book and the host was very prompt in approving our stay. We had a few ‘non issue’ questions which were immediately answered by the host and the entire 5 night stay was perfect for our getaway. The communication with the hosts from start to finish was awesome and we appreciate they were concerned with us being happy customers. Anything we could’ve wanted available to us as guests was right there. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine as we relaxed on the lanai and talked about how soon we could return. We highly recommend this property and know anyone would love spending time there while in the area. We anticipated going to the beach every day but found the large pool was so inviting that we spent more time there than on the beach which is only 5 minutes away. Don’t hesitate if you’re considering this condo, it is everything and more as shown on VRBO and even better in person! John & Selena

Paradise

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks. What a delight! I have traveled extensively and have rarely received such pampering. This sparkling 1-bedroom condo is spacious, airy, and beautifully furnished, including a peaceful screened patio where my husband and I enjoyed watching summer afternoon storms approach. The home has two gracious full-bathrooms and a washer/dryer combo. Liza, the host, was incredibly kind, answering my questions with patience and good cheer. It's obvious she is obsessed with beauty and detail, looking out for our every need. In addition to a well-equipped kitchen, Liza also provided thoughtful personal amenities like hair products, complimentary sunscreen, a choice of two stylish beach bags, beach chairs, and a sun umbrella. Plus it was our 25th anniversary, and she gifted us a delicious bottle of Riesling and left us a sweet congratulatory card. The property in which this home is located is superb as well. It's beautifully maintained, with two pools & hot tubs, a fully-equipped gym. clean & lighted covered parking garage, and security gates. I felt so safe and happy here, I hated to leave. I could not recommend this home any more highly.

Fantastic Condo, Great Location, Gracious Hosts!

This is the perfect condo: absolute mint condition, a great location close to beaches/restaurants/amenities, and Liza & Tony are extremely professional and gracious hosts. Check-in & communication: Liza & Tony provided a wealth of information several days before our arrival: directions, door codes, and suggestions for local amenities & restaurants. This was extremely helpful, as it allowed us to plan our daily schedule well in advance. Upon our arrival, they checked in to see if everything met our expectations, and they were available via text message our entire stay in case we needed anything (which we really didn't, because their preparation was so helpful and thorough). Condo unit: It's obvious Liza & Tony take pride in their condo, and for good reason. It was in absolute mint condition. It reminded us of a 5-star hotel, with a welcoming feel, clean & quality linens, and everything in its proper place. Little details like the stocked coffee station and easy-to-operate TV made us feel very welcome and relaxed. Resort property: the condo is located within a safe and secluded gated community. The grounds are clean and very well-kept. The pools and surrounding areas are maintained very well - we saw resort staff cleaning and situating pool chairs & umbrellas every morning at sunrise. Location: perfectly situated a mile from the beach. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The grocery store is less than a mile away. Overall, we had a perfect vacation. Liza & Tony are absolute top-notch hosts - they should teach a course on hospitality!
