Your Villa in Valras with an area of 57 mÂČ for 6 people, consists of:
- Charming stay with sofa bed (1x2 persons, 140x200) and television;
- Private terrace + garden
- Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, griddle, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils);
- Room 1: double bed (1x2 persons 140x190)
- Room 2: 1 single sofa bed (2x1 person 90x190)
- Room 3: double bed (1x2 persons 140x190)
- 2 shower rooms, and independent toilets;
- The accommodation has a baby crib, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, and air conditioning upstairs
- The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, blankets, and pillows;
- possibility of borrowing an iron and board games at the reception of the residence
- 1 private parking space included in the rental (space number 45)
- Heated collective swimming pool
The La Dune residence is ideally located:
- 450 meters from the sandy beaches;
- 600 meters from shops and restaurants;
- 2.3 km from the Casino supermarket;
Bed sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
