Välkommen till The Havens på Barefoot Resort!

Denna fräscha och nya 3-sovrum / 2 badrumsgolfvilla har 1 300 kvadratmeter enastående bostadsyta med fantastisk utsikt över det nionde hålet på Greg Norman-banan.

Den enorma huvudsakliga vardagsrummet är fylld med helt nya, bekväma och avkopplande möbler. Ett stort HDTV- och DVD-stereosystem finns i armoaren.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, sex byrå byrå, platt-TV, takfläkt och klädkammare. Utanför sovplatsen finns det privata befälhavarbadet. Vi kan enkelt konvertera king size-sängen till två bekväma tvillingar som passar dina behov.

På motsatt sida av villan hittar du ytterligare ett badrum och ett andra sovrum med två sängar, bröst, TV, DVD, takfläkt och en full speglad garderob. Utanför hallen finns ett fullt tvättcentrum för extra bekvämlighet.

Det tredje sovrummet är fullt möblerat med en drottningssäng, hög byrå, TV och takfläkt. Alla sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls för din bekvämlighet.

Sex eller åtta gäster kommer att vara mycket bekväma här eftersom soffan i vardagsrummet lätt konverteras till en drottningssäng för två.

Strax utanför vardagsrummet finns en täckt balkong, som är perfekt för en drink efter middagen medan du njuter av solnedgången.

Endast en flygning upp till den andra berättelsen gör att man kommer in och ut en vind, och att vara en slutenhet betyder att du är den första enheten högst upp på trappan.

The Havens har en egen poolanläggning med ett poolhus med dusch och badrum, solstolar, paraplybord, grillplats utomhus och picknickbord. Du är också välkommen att använda den 68 000 kvadratmeter stora North Tower Salt Water Pool - den största poolen i sitt slag i South Carolina.

Barefoot Resort är en 2,3 hektar stor planerad resort, inbäddat tvärs över den vackra kustnära vattenvägen. Barefoot är värd för fyra mästerskapsgolfbanor, Davis Love III, Pete Dye, Tom Fazio och Greg Norman (rankad av Golf Digest som nr 1, 6, 10 och 28 i Myrtle Beach).

Barefoot Resort driver en gratis säsongsbetonad pendeltrafik till havet, bara ett kort avstånd över vattenvägen. Där har du tillgång till badrum och dusch.

Tre fantastiska restauranger serverar Barefoot Resort-besökare. Klubbhusrestaurangen, Putter's Pub på Driving Range och The Barefoot Boathouse at the Marina.

Precis tvärs över vattenvägen ligger den berömda Barefoot Landing där du kan njuta av 150 butiker, restauranger, levande underhållning i House of Blues eller Alabama Theatre.

Amazing getaway!

Stayed for three nights in April and had amazing weather and great accommodations. Four guys in their fourties’ there for relaxation and golf. Location was perfect. All four Barefoot golf courses within 2 miles of the condo. Tons of restaurants, bars, shopping just another mile or so over the r bridge. Mike was great with communication. Highly recommend.

Great place …terrible timing

unfortunately due to hurricane Debby we were limited in what we could do. That was a real disappointment !! Thankfully the condo was so Nice we were able to play games and watch the olympics.

Very Nice 3B/2B large Condo

It is an end unit so a lot of beautiful light with back porch to set out on seeing the golf course. 3B/2B with a lot of space. It was great. Also right across the street to the pool, we did not even crank up my truck. Great location. Good condition and everything worked good including good AC. Thanks and we look forward to returning.

Beautiful Clean Condo

This Condo is in a lovely community. Very clean and safe. There were a few golf balls that flew over to our area and one hit a car. I guess that's the chance you take in a golf community. Pool was perfect, clean and restrooms available were very nice and clean. Ocean was "across the street" about a 10-minute drive. Mostly through the neighborhood we were in. Lots to do and great shopping and restaurants. Our only complaint was we did not check for TP, paper towels, salt/pepper, basic herbs/spices and laundry soap so we made several trips to Walmart. (there were 2 rolls of tp and half a roll of paper towels). Possibly my mistake since the vrbo's I have stayed in before were fully stocked. The other people in the neighborhood were very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are spread out which is great with teenagers. Price was excellent! (we stayed in June).

Barefoot Resort Vacation February 2024

We enjoyed our stay at Barefoot Resort Havens; Communications with Michael were always immediate and most appreciated. The property was as described in the listing and more. The unit is in a quiet, peaceful setting with lots of birds singing in the trees off the balcony. Relaxing vacation with great golf courses located within Barefoot Resort and others close by. Definitely on our rebook list for the future.

Beautiful condo & stay

This was a beautifully decorated & cozy home away from home for us for nearly a week. We came for a dance competition & it was approximately 25 mins from the Mrytle Beach convention center. Several grocery stores relatively close as well . We cooked meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the pool close to us . The kitchen was pretty stocked & had a crockpot . I suggest bringing your own seasonings. They also had a keurig & 12 cup coffee pot for those who drink coffee/tea/whatever. There is a shuttle that also can take you to the Big pool . However, if you do this, I suggest using the shuttle that stoops at the mailboxes right next to your small pool. We couldn’t risk getting towed as there wasn’t a place we could take our own car (that we could see) as it looked like everywhere was either gated by a passcode or had to have a pass. Beds were ok. I ended up starting off in the king, but due to my back hurting, I ended up in my daughter’s double bed room for the rest of the nights. But I have back issues. Mostly everyone else slept pretty well. The host was very responsive to any and all questions & was so kind with a misunderstanding about my second payment . We wish we were able to stay longer. We had a great time! Close to all you would want to do!

The place was wonderful. We liked it because it was in close proximity to everything we had planned. The only complaint I have was that the mattress was a little hard other than that the place was wonderful and the neighborhood was very quiet

Beach trip

Quiet and Calming

My family and I really enjoyed this property. Super close to everything but still far away enough to keep out of the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach traffic. Def would stay again.

Great choice for MB!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Barefoot Resort is quiet, the Havens neighborhood is tucked well away from the hustle and bustle. The unit has easy parking, neighborhood pool is right across the parking area along with the beach shuttle. It's quiet, which was nice after long, hot days of activities. Plenty of room to spread out. We could have brought a few more family members and not been crowded. Kitchen was well equipped, and the condo had enough provisions (like TP) to last us until we could get to the store. There's a Super Walmart with a Dollar Tree not far down Route 17. Dollar Tree is great for savings some money on TP, paper towels, napkins, paper plates, snacks, etc. but Walmart has anything they don't offer. If I had to offer any suggestions it would be extra sheet sets and more towel sets as well as beach towels and chairs as it's not possible to pack those things easily when flying in. But otherwise it's a great unit and we'd be thrilled to stay there again. Excellent, quick communication with the owner, Mike, both before and during our stay. We had to cut our trip short due to an impending hurricane at home, and Mike was very gracious about it. We appreciate you Mike!

Awesome place

This was our first stay here and we absolutely loved it! Super clean room and quiet neighborhood. We had a pool located right in front of our room which came in great for convenience with the kids. We were located right at barefoot landing which was even better for food and entertainment. Will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful stay

Our stay the week of July 18th was wonderful. The condo is nicely decorated, very clean and has a great layout. The queen bedroom is off of the kitchen which allowed for a little exact privacy even though it wasn't even the master. Each of the bedrooms was a great size and beds were comfy. The kitchen table was great with extra seating and the living area was just as the pictures show with very comfortable couches. The view of the golf course was so nice to enjoy from the porch. An extra touch was the towel racks on the porch to dry beach or pool towels. The condo is on the 2nd floor but right at the top of steps so it’s such a short walk from parking. This condo is almost right across from The Havens pool, it was closed due to Covid but that is a huge plus if you plan to use the pool when it’s open. The large resort pool was also very nice, we used it almost every day. With Covid we were concerned about cleaning but when we walked in you could smell the cleanliness!! You could tell the cleaners were taking extra precautions. One small improvement would be some updates to the kitchen utensils and maybe a bigger trash can. Overall, I’d highly recommend this condo when staying in NMB! Thank you for having us!

Second year in a row

This is our second year in a row and the condo did not disappoint. Spacious enough for our family of five. Because of Covid, we ate in almost our entire stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Hoping to be back again next year. Also, I left something at the condo and the owner was gracious enough to ship it to me. Thanks for another great vacation!!
