- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A shared (unheated) 9×4 m swimming pool, open from 1 July to 31 August (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is fully fenced.
- A 12 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
- A private, enclosed, south-facing 20 m² garden.

The flat is ideally located in Esquièze-Sère, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private parking space.
