Its swimming pool with an immersed beach invites you to relax under the sunshine of the French Riviera.
This comfortable 170 mÂČ villa is fully air-conditioned, ensuring your well-being throughout your stay. You will enjoy a spacious, convivial living room and a dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
The single-storey layout makes the villa particularly practical and encourages easy day-to-day living: imagine enjoying family meals on the large terrace or watching the children play safely in the 2,600 mÂČ garden.
The sleeping area, also entirely on one level, accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, providing the rest and privacy you need.
Master bedroom : King-size bed (180 cm).
Separate bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, and WC.
Bedroom 2: 160 cm double bed, direct access to the terrace.
Bedroom 3: 140 cm double bed, garden view.

A large terrace, partly covered, is fitted with outdoor lounge furniture and a pizza oven for your summer evenings. You benefit from four parking spaces. The villa is ideally located, just 800 metres from the village amenities and only 1 km from the golf course.
