The Villa des Rocs offers a quality of house for 6 people and is fully equipped. The city center of Agde is in a few minutes on foot and Cap d'Agde, beaches and animations, in 7 km. The villa possesses an outside of 700 m ÂČ, nicely landscaped and very pleasant with a swimming pool of 6m x 3m, secured, in continuation of a very beautiful terrace where to relax and to eat, outdoors or in the shade. An ideal place for holidays in family or between friends. This contemporary villa is of high tide foot. The entrance hall leads to a large living area, opened on a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a lounge with sofa and armchairs.The dining room with table and chairs is situated in the very bright veranda which opens completely by several bay windows giving access to the very beautiful terrace equipped with tables and garden chairs.
