NEW APARTMENT AT THE FOOT OF THE SLOPES - SAINT-JEAN-D\'AULPS STATION - 2 BEDROOMS + MOUNTAIN CORNER - MAGNIFICENT MOUNTAIN VIEW - SKI ACCESS AT THE FOOT - WIFI

New apartment at the foot of the slopes in the heart of the Saint-Jean-D\'Aulps resort.
It benefits from a view of the mountains, a north-facing exposure and a ski-in/ski-out location and proximity to the cable car in the Saint Jean D\'Aulps resort
A large private and closed garage as well as a ski room to store your equipment are provided with the accommodation.
The apartment is composed as follows:
- An entrance with coat racks and benches to put on your shoes
- A first en-suite bedroom with double bed (160x200), two bedside tables with lamps, built-in wardrobes with hanging space. Desk area with chair. Electric shutters. A shower room with Italian shower, a vanity unit with storage, a towel dryer
In the corridor:
- A separate toilet with a hand basin
- A living/dining room with a double sofa bed (140x190), a connected TV
A large dining table with chairs, an equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, extractor hood, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, oven, toaster
- A mountain-view terrace, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x200), built-in wardrobes, electric shutters
- A mountain corner with a bunk bed (90x200)
- A family shower room with a large Italian shower, a vanity unit with drawers, a mirror, a towel dryer, a washing machine
Exterior:
- Large private and closed garage (number 8) outside, possibility to park two cars
- A ski room
The residence is currently under construction and the common areas are not yet completed. Access to the residence by car can be difficult due to the partially paved road. In addition, the neighbouring building is also under construction, which may cause noise and dust for which we cannot be held responsible.
