It has an attractive 80 mÂČ living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a lovely outdoor area. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160Ă200), en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160Ă200)
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outdoor area :
- A private, unheated swimming pool (3.5 x 7), open all year round.
- A 40 mÂČ covered terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-François, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
