Located on a quiet street, this apartment is a true oasis in the heart of a lively and multicultural neighbourhood.
The entrance door of this 65 mÂČ apartment opens onto a bright interior, carefully and elegantly decorated.
The living area is designed for your comfort, with a cozy sofa and a television, perfect for your moments of relaxation.
The dining space features a table that can accommodate six guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.
The bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linen to ensure restful nights.
One of the bathrooms is equipped with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. The other has a sink, mirror, and shower.
You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.
All you need to do is relax and enjoy!
Guests will have access to the entire home!

Outside the market, discover lively streets with alternative fashion boutiques, cafĂ©s and cosmopolitan restaurants. Don't miss a visit to the nearby Basilique du SacrĂ©-CĆur, for a breathtaking panoramic view of Paris. The Clignancourt district is a captivating place where the past and modernity meet in a unique atmosphere.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ300 smoking fee at a minimum.
