If you like to fish, this is the place to stay with Lake Atkins and Lake Dardanelle just minutes away, this is the perfect location for secluded relaxation and family time. If you like hiking or just great views, Mount Nebo State Park is just 29 miles away, Petit Jean State Park is 41 miles and Mount Magazine State Park is a 58 miles drive. If you are in the area to attend a wedding at Meadow on the Mountain wedding venue, this is the place to stay it's only four miles away. Also, if you are in the area to work an outage at ANO, you will have a 25 mile drive to work.

Nice, Clean and very well stocked home.

This was a really nice home. I loved that the home was well stocked with everything you needed. The home was very clean. The home had all the extra things you may forget about while traveling. So having those extra things was a bonus. I traveled with my 3 friends and they all enjoyed themselves. I am use to the host checking on us upon arrival but they did not. Therefore as the reason in my rating. But I will say they responded when I did have a question. The home was really nice and clean. The only down side to the home is the smell from the water. I think the home water system may just needed to run a little or it may be well water. Also they provided drinking water, so that worked out. It was just the water coming from the shower that smelled bad. Overall it was a great home.

Great House

This was a great house. It was very clean and a very well stocked kitchen, laundry room, and baths. It only needs a potato masher. It is a quiet place on a secluded mountain. just what I was looking for. Our cell phones didn't get service out there. I did have my 1 year old grandson with me and there were plenty of toys to keep him busy. my only suggestions for the owners are 1. maybe they can get a small booster chair that they can leave in the closet for small children. 2. More instructions that the renters can follow to help them keep their house in great condition. For example, where to leave the full trash bags, and any check out instructions that might help. My only disappointment was that the location to Petit Jean state park was not as close as advertised. According to my map its is a 40 mile drive to get there, which was my main reason for choosing this house.
