Octopus's Garden: Large Private Pool & Hot Tub, Walk to Beach
If your family would like to be near the sea, then an Octopus's Garden offers both shaded decks and plenty of sunshine around the private pool to enjoy a beach vacation! [Note: no dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]
Beds: 3 Queen Masters, 2 Bunk Bed Sets, 1 Sleep Sofa (Queen); 12 Towel Sets provided
MID LEVEL:
The traditional floor plan offers the main living space with a vaulted ceiling above the Great Room to give an open and airy feeling. The living area has a large flat-screen TV and a dining table that seats 8. The fully stocked kitchen offers a kitchen island that will seat 4 more guests. Access to the back covered deck overlooks the pool area below and has more deck furniture to sit and relax outside in the shade. A Queen Jr. Master Suite has a semi-private bath (shower/tub combo) and access to a private deck that faces the front of the house. The laundry area is located by the back deck door. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]
TOP LEVEL:
Stairs to the top level will lead to a small sitting area and access to the sun deck outside at the back of the house. There are 3 other bedrooms on this floor: a Queen Jr. Master Suite has semi-private bath (shower/tub combo) that is shared with a bedroom that has 2 Bunk Bunk Sets. There is also a Queen Master Suite which has a shower/jetted tub combo in its master bath.
GROUND LEVEL:
Besides the Pool Table, the game area has a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge and a small table to sit and enjoy snacks and beverages. There is a full hall bathroom and the couch is a sleep sofa (Queen) if extra sleeping arrangements are needed. Outside the sliding doors is the hot tub and the large private pool (14' x 28'; open mid-May to mid-October) which offers plenty of room for sunbathing or using a pool float to cool-off in the water while still âcatching some raysâ. There is a park-style charcoal grill available.
