This charming 20 m² house with a private courtyard, nestled behind a small garden, provides the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The living area has a comfortable sofa bed that converts into a double bed. It opens onto a private courtyard with chairs, ideal for enjoying sunny days.

The dining area features a table that can accommodate up to four guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals: a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and washing machine.

Upstairs, the bedroom offers a double bed (140x200) dressed in hotel-quality linens. Closets are also available to store your belongings and make you feel at home.

The bathroom has a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.

You'll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The house is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Please note that barbecues and parties are strictly prohibited.

Montreuil, a charming suburb located just east of Paris, offers a delightful escape for tourists seeking a taste of local French life. The town boasts a bustling market that draws visitors and locals alike, where you can find fresh produce, cheeses, and other gourmet treats. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Just a 10-minute walk from the Mairie de Montreuil metro station (line 9), offering direct access to the capital's emblematic sites: Grands Boulevards, Grands Magasins, Champs-Élysées, Trocadéro, Eiffel Tower.

Just a few stations from Nation, where a connecting train provides easy access to Disneyland Paris, La Défense, as well as the main sites in central Paris (Louvre, Marais, Hôtel de Ville, Notre-Dame...) and Montmartre.

The apartment is about 50 minutes from Roissy-Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports by public transport, and 30 km by car from each.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
