'Cub House' offers the perfect blend of natural beauty with luxury accommodations! It was professionally decorated to bring in the beauty of the Smoky Mountains.

'Cub House' has 3 MASTER BEDROOMS with MASTER BATHROOMS attached including a jacuzzi and shower. The bedrooms offer views and access to the deck overlooking the Smoky Mountains. The cathedral family room (including a half bathroom) and eat in kitchen are perfect for entertaining with views of the mountains. Enjoy a game of pool or play station in the game room (including half bathroom) or a relaxing moment of serenity in the hot tub or hammock while enjoying the breath taking views.

Located 5 miles from the heart of Pigeon Forge or Sevierville. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Several ways to travel to our cabin to avoid the traffic.

Amazing Getaway

The Cub was amazing! Highly recommend! Beautiful view and a beautiful cabin. Pictures don’t do it justice. Only a short drive from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Breathtaking views

Beautiful roomy 3 bedroom with bathrooms for each room plus 2 half bathroom including Hot Tubs in each of the bedrooms bathrooms. Jacuzzi was perfect! Had a game room with a mini fridge and a pool table. The view from the back porches was absolutely Stunning and breathtaking!!!! Overall a great experience at The Cub House

Very Nice

This is a nice cabin in a nice quiet area. Plenty of room and beautiful views. Gatlinburg is a short drive away. If you plan on visiting Gatlinburg, I recommend this cabin.

Great View

We had a great stay as a family . Stayed for 3 nights . Fireplace did not work so called the owner . He had someone fix it on our last day and then we enjoyed that . It was cold when we were there so we did not sit on the balcony much . The beds were so comfortable ! Would definitely book this cabin again !

Cub House

We enjoyed this wonderful cabin. It was as advertised: clean, beautiful views, and everything needed for a wonderful getaway. It was especially nice to be able to bring our pup. It’s hard to find pet friendly cabins that are kept so clean and welcoming. We would have never known there were animals there before us. We would definitely stay here again.

Dad’s 80th birthday

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday. This cabin was easy to find but secluded enough to be private. Plenty of space inside and the views from the back deck were gorgeous. It was an easy short drive into town. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break Getaway

Great cabin! The access code is given to you a few days before arrival, making it convenient to head right to the cabin rather than having to go check in somewhere first. Beautiful views and peaceful but close enough to the city for anything you may need. The owners were great with communication and making sure our trip was great! Highly recommend!

Perfect cabin!

The cabin was perfect for three couples. The bedroom/bathroom setups are almost identical. Two on the lower level with the pool table and one on the main level. All bedrooms have a door to the deck. The views are amazing!!!

Wedding anniversary celebration

My husband and I stayed here for a big family celebration in the Smokies to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and we stayed at this wonderful cabin! The view was spectacular and it was just far enough away from Pigeon Forge for it to be nice and quiet, but not so far away that we had to drive very far to get to things. The cabin itself is just lovely and I really liked how each bedroom had its own full bathroom and tub. The cabin host was very communicative and responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Just what we were looking for

Having three master bedrooms with sleep space to spare was perfect. The view was spectacular from both balconies. Check in was easy and the property manager was very kind to check on us throughout. We were close to everything we needed and far enough away not to have to deal with traffic and noise. I love Applewood Farmhouse and was thrilled how easy it was to get to. We will definitely look to Cub House for our next Tennessee excursion.

Incredible

The house is was wonderful and perfect for our vacation. The layout is open and the views are breathtaking. The back deck was my favorite part, but the open windows also showed the mountains. So when it was too hot to sit outside, you could enjoy it from inside! Some things we didn’t think to bring and weren’t in the cabin were ziplock bags and paper towels. There was one roll , but we went through it quick. Just make sure you bring extra! Everything else was perfect and I didn’t want to leave.

Perfect Mountain Home

Our time at the Cub House was perfect in every way. It was like walking into a friends home when we arrived. Decorated throughout for the fall season in every room. Very welcoming feel. The host goes above and beyond to make it feel like home away from home. There are three king bedrooms, each spacious, clean and well stocked with everything. He even had child proof gates for the stair cases in the bedroom closets. The beds were comfortable with high end sheets, pillows and comforters. Not a spec of dust anywhere. The kitchen (even though we did not cook) was very well stocked with everything a family could need. Two coffee makers, one drip and one for pods. Even had coffee for us. Had enough paper products on hand, that we took ours back home unopened. Plenty of new dish towels, potholders and so forth. All looked brand new. I felt the description and pictures did not do this place justice, we got so much more than we ever dreamed. We will be back to the Cub House. No need to look through hundreds of listings on VRBO, because this is the perfect listing.

Perfect Cabin for a Family Smoky Mountain Vacation!

We loved everything about Cub House! The location is great - close enough to the park and all of the attractions but still secluded and peaceful. It is located on a dead-end street with a beautiful view of the mountains from the spacious balconies and no houses across the street. There is a house right next door (to the right if you are facing the cabin from the road) that may not have been there when the photos were taken, and you can see the balconies from each house when you are on them, but they are partially hidden by trees (and probably even more hidden when the trees have leaves!). Even though someone was staying there, we really never saw them and we enjoyed the peaceful seclusion, whether sitting in the fabulous hot tub, grilling food for dinner on the gas grill, or just enjoying the serenity and the view from the two-person glider on the balcony. The inside of the cabin is the perfect layout, with an open floor plan so that those working in the kitchen can interact with those in the living area and also enjoy the view from the multitude of large windows. The furniture in the living room was SO comfortable and the decor was adorable and perfect for a mountain cabin. We enjoyed the fireplace and the big screen television so much. The three bedrooms are perfect as all have KING beds (surprisingly hard to find sometimes), all have flat screen televisions and private baths! It was perfect as my husband and I could enjoy the main level master, my 18 year old daughter and her friend could have their own room and bath and my 15 year old son could finally have his own room, television and bath. The layout is perfect for your family to gather when you want to, and relax to your own space when you wish. In addition to the wonderful hot tub on the lower deck, there are jacuzzi tubs in every bath as well as nice-sized stand-up showers. The kitchen is very well-stocked with most anything you would need and tons of pates, glasses and silverware. We cooked in most nights but did takeout from the Blue Moose and Quaker State and both were great! The pool table was so much fun. We were so grateful to be able to bring our canine family member on the trip. This dog-friendly cabin was so clean that my daughter's dog allergic friend had no issues at all. This cabin checks every box we were looking for and we are grateful to have been able to stay here. We loved our stay at this wonderful cabin and hope to come back one day soon!
