Independent access for the 1st bedroom on the ground floor, with a 180x200 bed or 2 90 beds and a separate bathroom with WC. Upstairs, an attic bedroom with a private bathroom (small shower) with WC (sofa bed). You have 2 bedrooms with 140x190 beds which share a bathroom (small shower) opposite the bedrooms and separate WCs.
Unheated swimming pool shared with the owners measuring 12x6m with salt 2.20m at its deepest, entrance via a ladder secured by a dome and an alarm. The swimming pool is open from May to the end of September.

Nearby, you can discover the Tourtoirac cave, the Hautefort castle, the museum of medicine, the painted caves of Montignac-Lascaux or Rouffignac, the castle of l'Herm.
