We built this home to be close to Texas A&M as we are both Aggies and fell in love with Aggieland! We love living surrounded by trees on our 12 acres, secluded from any neighbors.

We want our guests to RELAX and feel like they are staying at your favorite aunt's place she left you for the weekend! We do not require our guests to do any checkout items, this is for you to ENJOY your precious time in our home!

We have tried to think of everything you will need to relax and enjoy your time in our home. Here's what people say they love the most about this home:

You will be renting 4 spacious bedrooms, two living rooms, kitchen, dining room, mudroom and 2 full bathrooms.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom has a queen size bed and 3 of the rooms have a TV
One extra loft twin bed in one of the bedrooms
Total of 5 beds, 1 futon (actually comfortable), 4 couches and 4 air mattress to sleep

FAMILY ROOM
The family room has a shuffleboard table, an axe-throwing game, magnetic darts and an indoor basketball hoop. This room is designed to PLAY! Lots of board games to choose from and nerf guns.

LIVING ROOM
Our living room is set off from the kitchen and is the main room when you walk in. Comfortable seating and a huge fireplace and lots of great books on the shelves.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
The kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain. Double oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, water filter, ice machine etc. Big dining room table that seats 12 and another table in the kitchen that can seat 8. Coffee/tea and hot chocolate bar ready for use and a mini fridge with soft drinks and water for your stay.

OUTSIDE
Backyard is HUGE. House is situation in the back/middle of the property. Fire pit, grill and outdoor furniture. Disc frisbee golf basket set up with disc to play. On the patio we have volleyball/badminton if you want to set it up, bocce ball and bucketball ready to go for some outdoor fun!

Please know that we do not allow pets ($500 fine). This is a non-smoking home, anyone smoking will be issued a $500 fine. There are surveillance cameras outside to ensure the safety and security of our property and guests.

We welcome events or parties that have ASKED PERMISSION beforehand, please contact us. If APPROVED a fee will be assessed. Guests will be required to return the property back to the condition it was delivered.

We have an indoor cat that lives in our home but will not be there when you arrive.

We do have 4 outside cats that are not allowed in our home. They come and go from our detached garage.
