Entrance with office and library, separate WC. Go down 2 steps to access the living room with sofa and 1 double bed. 4 steps lower is the fitted kitchen with dining area and direct access to the 25 mÂČ terrace.
A bedroom (2 single beds) with adjoining shower room/WC.
Private parking in the driveway inside the property (secure gate).
Electric heating.
