In the attic: 1 bedroom with a 90 bunk bed, 1 bedroom with a [hidden] bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed with a [hidden] bed (downstairs) and 90 bed (upstairs), bathroom with toilet

And a private courtyard facing due south to enjoy the outdoors or a good BBQ!!
