Girls trip/spring break

The view was fantastic. We were able to rent chairs and umbrellas right on the beach. The location was great. We were able to walk to dinner every night at some of the most popular places.

Short Girls Trip

We booked the day before for a long weekend beach get away. The condo was very clean and in excellent condition. The beach couldn’t be closer and it was in short walking distance to restaurants like the Pink Pony Pub and Laurias on the Beach. It was the perfect stay for anytime of year.

Great beachfront condo

Nice two bedroom condo with all the comforts of home. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms had plenty of towels and toilet paper and the kitchen had all the utensils and cooking items we needed. Would highly recommend this unit!

Good Beach Condo

Clean. Great balcony with perfect sunrise view. Very close to hangout. Kitchen well stocked with pans/utensils. Property & pool were good and maintained. Elevators not crowded. No complaints from me.

Clean property but low quality

Furniture was not good quality & one of the beds fell apart onto the floor. The other bed was very rickety and almost came apart. Maintenance had to come and put back together & add re-enforcement! Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work.

Great location but check the entire condo first especially if you have kids

The location of this condo is 2nd to none in Gulf Shores. Just a mere minutes walk from the Hangout and the Pink Pony and the main strip in Gulf Shores. The location alone will has us booking at Tropic Isles again. However, if you have kids make sure you completely check the condo when you first get there as the cleaning crew doesnt do the greatest job cleaning from the previoue guests. Our 9 year old found 2 vapes - 1 in the box of sand toys in the closet by the kitchen and another underneath her bed. She also found packaging for a sex toy under her bed. Really put a damper on an otherwise great experience.

Great Place, Great View

It was a great stay at a great place. The place was clean and just like the photos. Beds were good with clean bedding. Plenty of room and a great view of the ocean. Pool was never crowded. It’s basically walking distance from everything you need. There was an issue with the door handle that was fixed promptly (handled all through text which was great). Hot water heater is small so taking showers or a bath in the jacuzzi tub at the same time can be an issue with multiple people. Just an FYI: the elevator inspection is currently expired. Just something I noticed. All in all, it’s a great place in a great location.

Very Nice

We love Tropic Isle, this is the second time we have stayed there but in a different condo. This condo was great - beds were comfy. kitchen well equipped. BUT I wish they had left another garabge bag or two for the kitchen, we were there for 6 days and went through two regular garbage bags very quickly with 4 people. Also, this is a tiny ask, but having the little salt and pepper for use would have been nice. We brought condiments and stuff from home but no salt or pepper. In the closet by the kitchen, there was a broom but no dust pan. With all the sand it would have been nice to be able to use that and pick up the sand, I ended up using a paper plate (we brought those). All in all it was wonderful just those tiny things are what I would suggest.

Awesome condo!!!

Our trip was awesome! Condo was great. Spacious and clean. There was a boogie board for use in the closet. Super helpful to be able to walk across the street to Alvin’s Island for anything else. Only bummer is that our kids got stung by jelly fish both days, so bring a soothing ointment for that in your bag! Condo building had carts to help with bringing all our stuff up from the car, which was helpful. Only tiny complaint is that the jets didn’t work in the jacuzzi in the primary bathroom. House was equipped with shampoo, conditioner and two mini bar soaps in the bathroom. Bring your own liquid hand soap and body wash if you prefer that. They also had two packets of laundry detergent, dish liquid, and dish washer pods and a new sponge. Toilet paper and paper towels were provided. The location was fantastic with a direct path to the beach making it easy to come and go upstairs as needed, with the pool along the way. Umbrella and chair rental available right on the beach directly in front of the building. We loved this trip, and would come back and even rent this same unit. Having two beds in the secondary room was perfect for our family of four. Enjoy!

Cleanliness

Honestly the condo itself is very nicely done. Very well stocked with pans, silverware, etc.. The cleaning crew was either really off or just didn't care about cleaning when we came in. The floors instantly made our feet black. We all had to wear socks (which also turned black) or slippers (which we went and bought). The main bathroom tub was dirty as can be along with the corners in the bathrooms. Just really disappointed in the cleaning prior to our arrival. No dishcloths for kitchen use only a sponge. Towels for showing could use some changing out, but loved how many their were!

Fridge would not work poor response Vacasa

Hello condo was in a great spot as always . We were without a good working fridge and freezer from Sunday through Thursday at 3:45. Local tried to help but everything was slow as of hoops to jump through and we are still waiting for a call from Gm Taylor about refund as this was unsatisfactory We lost food and it could of been more look up my case number and call me if you wish 5146819 Spent 8-10 hours trying to iron this out when I should of been relaxing and building memories and I tried early but response time was drug out as of process and everyone being understaffed . Whomever owns or runs this please look up my case number and call me . Feel free Jeremy
