Enjoy this cosy family home in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Just a stone's throw from the house: the coastline and beaches of Plougasnou
Ideally located, you'll enjoy the peaceful Diben district, just a few minutes' walk from the seafront, port and coastal path. Plougasnou town centre is a 5-minute drive away.

The Space:
This house offers a comfortable living space with plenty of room on the ground floor: a spacious living room opening onto a bright conservatory; a fitted kitchen; a pantry with washing machine; a bedroom with a double bed; a bathroom and separate toilet.
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.
